Horrible customer service. Order a part and pay cash and was told the part will be here the following day at 9:00 am possibly a little later. Next day I come to pick it up and they say the parts not here. " we skipped it and it was never ordered" no apologies, no explanation, nothing. Got my refund and I'll never be back

I tried to call in to see if a part was available. I was out on hold for more than twenty mins and then hung up on. I called back and was put on hold again. When I did finally get someone (45 mins on phone) on the phone she was speaking to someone else about a personal encounter. Laughing and eating in my ear. I had to hang up before I vomited. Won’t call here again. This is why people buy online.
