Avoid this place if possible. You have to wait in line for an attendant to take your keys. I waited for 10 minutes at the FRONT of the line without any attendants acknowledging me. When they finally did acknowledge me they asked you how long I would be - why should this matter if I’m paying upon my return? They then take your keys after you park your car because they double park/box cars in. People choose to park in garages instead of street parking for the convenience - this place is anything but convenient.

Clean, intuitive garage just a few blocks from the White House. We parked here ahead of our West Wing tour on a Sunday (when many garages in DC are closed) and paid $11 for the day. The guy who assisted us was very friendly and cheerful and helped us find a spot very near the elevators, which dropped us off in the Washington Square mall, just around the corner from Farragut North Metro. Convenient, reasonable price, not at all dark or sketchy. Very happy.

PSA FOR HOLIDAY TRAVELERS! We came for holiday weekend, and we were not warned about limited hours for retrieving our car — even after specifically asking an attendant when dropping the car off. We walked into the facility to get our car on the morning of out departure, found no staff on site, and the doors locked behind us, trapping us in the garage!!! We called the after hours number for emergency help, and got a voice mail message saying they would get back to us next business day. Eventually someone came along, but no one ever responded to our call.

Attendant stole my lumbar support while they had the key. When I got into my car and noticed it was gone, I immediately told one of the attendant who got COMPLETELY defensive and was extremely rude. I filled out a form one of the other attendant gave me and was told I would be called within 2 days. Guess what? That call never came and I'm pretty much out of luck now unless I go through the trouble of filling a police report but it was several weeks ago already. I should have called the police the same day. Lesson learned.

Good weekend parking garage - about the only one in the area that is open on Sunday! We drove our small car, but could have easily fit our minivan into the large parking spaces it has. It was only $11 for all day parking on Sunday. The garage is open until midnight. It was self-park, and I did not have to give my keys to a parking attendant, so I knew it could not be moved or damaged by a parking attendant. Perfect experience.

Lied to about price. Boyfriend and I came here for a over night trip. Got there around 1030 AM on a Saturday and we stayed at CQ Hotel (who has a special price with the parking garage). So I told the man that and he tells my boyfriend he’d charge us 11$ for the day and then 11$ Sunday if we left at 7AM. that worked perfectly since we planned to leave that early. We just went to leave and the same man told my boyfriend he’d have to pay the FULL 31$ to leave because his boss wouldn’t let him do the deal he promised us. So we paid a grand total of 42$ for parking there for not even 24 hours.

I am starting to dislike the employers. They are slow, disrespectful, they don't acknowledge you, they fight with each other. I even got yelled at once, because the disagreed that I couldn't find my car. I said I got someone to park it for me, still they wouldn't believe me. Unbelievable. I complained to the manager he addressed it. Now again I wasn't acknowledged when waiting to park myself since they have changed things. I waited and waited until I get acknowledged and I was running already late, yet I waited for 5 minutes giving him time to come around and letting me know where to park but nothing, he would move very slow and just taking his time. I just parked my car w/o getting his advise and I told him I will complain to your manager this is unacceptable and I refused to give my keys because you did not even acknowledge me. I don't have time and you see that I need assistance yet you did not care to care for my time. I just left and walked away. I hope this gets handled by someone soon.

A bunch of vallets that just sit around and do not actually get your car. Took them 20 minutes to finally get my car, and it wasn't buried behind a bunch of cars on the lowest deck, it was just sitting around the corner....
