Have been to Washington Radiology for several procedures over the past 2 years. Consistently great treatment by staff. Highly recommended.

I've now had the misfortune of having two referrals to Washington Radiology. Start to finish, they make the administrative process as difficult as possible. The phone portal is outdated and terrible to work with for billing and scheduling. The front desk staff and doctors were friendly. However, they made mistakes in the imaging itself (too much time had elapsed for contrast to be effective). For both the administrative headache and quality of service, I would recommend going anywhere else.

Impossible to schedule an MRI at the K st location. Nobody ever answers the phone. Trying for a week to schedule calling every day at different times. It’s unbelievable really. I would give minus 5 if possible

Rude staff, terse doctors, and didn’t send report to the doctor who ordered the imaging. Not sure what they think they are there for. Update: messed up billing too. said insurance had denied claim when they hadn't even submitted it, and billed me for whole amount of procedures. Nothing but headaches with this place

Pros…scheduling was easy, front desk employee and tech were kind and competent, and wait times were very shortCons…the radiologist had very bizarre bedside manner. He came and diagnosed me with PCOS in about 3 sentences, one of them being “so yeah…nothing disastrous going on.” Sure, it could be worse, but I don’t think that the most appropriate way to diagnose someone with an endocrine disease that has no cure. Then he just walked out the door without telling me that I could go or asking if I had questions.

The process for making payments for the amount due after insurance is ridiculous. On the paper bill, there is no online option, it is either mailing a check or by phone. If you call the billing office number listed on the invoice, after going through multiple prompts to pay, the service doesn’t recognize the credit card number so then you have to start the whole process again with an agent after waiting on hold several minutes. The agent acknowledges that there is a “known issue” with their automatedsystem. This has happened four times in the last few months, yet WRA is doing nothing to address the issue. It shouldn’t be this hard to pay a bill.

primary care physician. The appointment booking process was to be expected. I received an appointment within a couple of weeks. The facility itself was also fine, but nothing to write home about. I will say the technician who performed my scan was very nice. She told me to expect my results within 7-10 business days. I confirmed this amount of turn around time with the front desk.Over 10 business days later, I received electronic notice from my primary care office that my mammogram results had been received, but not reviewed. This was just before labor day weekend, so I called Washington Radiology Associates in the hopes that a qualified provider could give me the results over the phone. I do not think it is a fair ask for any patient to wait an additional holiday weekend to hear if things are fine or concerning when their office has the capability of delivering results.I understand only a qualified provider can read the results of a report by phone, so I requested one. When someone answered the phone who could relay the results of my report, I was in disbelief with the disrespect and sass received. The provider was extremely insensitive and rude! I explained I was just holding their office accountable to the 7-10 business days THEY quoted to receive my results. I noted it was beyond the 7-10 business days since my appointment. I was then told my results had been forwarded to my primary care provider the day of my call.... but that delivery date was still later than what Washington Radiology had promised. The provider begrudgingly told me my results were "fine" after I practically pleaded for answers. It is not hard, and does not take much time to say "your results are unremarkable." I expect more professionalism and sensitivity in matters of health. I will not be returning to this office, or recommending it to anyone.

I was treated with respect, kindness, understanding, and skill. After a negative experience at another place in Missouri i was very nervous. But Halima listened to my concerns and worked with me to make the process smooth and painless.

It was fine. They really need to upgrade their machines and make the place up to health standards. It’s really old and outdated. I felt more anxious because the machine was so old. My radiology tech was really nice and made me feel comfortable. It’s not the staff it’s the interior and machines. There’s better MRI tech out there and I feel like if you are working with needles it should be in a clean area. They do play whatever music you want to listen to though!

This place has really gone downhill. It's like a people mill. They crammed visitors in their gloomy reception area and marched patients through the door like a mill. I went last week for a mammogram and dexascan and got a virus a few days later. No hygiene theater here for sure. I hope their testing is reliable but I give the facility a thumbs down.

I scheduled an ultrasound less than a week ago. When I arrived this morning, I was immediately check in — and overall I was in and out in 30 minutes. The technician did a good job — the doctor came in to deliver the results just a few minutes after she finished. What more can you want?

Three different employees told me over the phone that walk-in X-rays were available from 0800-1200 and again from 1400-1600. Not so. I arrived shortly around 1130 and was told by a front desk person that lunch for the X-Ray staff starts at 1130. When I replied about the times I had been given, the woman said the staff had already left and she could do nothing. I wasted my money (for parking) and time and had to rearrange a packed schedule. I'm heading back in a few hours to try again. Not coming here again if I can help it.

Reception couldn't be bothered to look for a faxed referral forcing a cancellation. This is the second time.

Never go here unless you want surprise bills. I got a test done April of last year and just now got a bill from them claiming my insurance never responded to to them and now I owe them $500. l after already paying them $350. They are required to submit bills within 60-90 days of the test and inform me of any issues well before now. Just stay away.

Tamara, the receptionist who called me to book an appointment, was one of the most shockingly rude people I have ever had to deal with. There was a discrepancy between the forms Washington Radiology themselves gave me and those my doctor's office had sent in. This receptionist did not have a copy of the Washington Radiology forms, despite them coming from her own company. She hung up on me! Hung up on a patient! She was unable to explain even the most basic aspects of the procedure I was being scheduled for. She asked me a series of very basic questions that were baffling given that this was a follow-up call.I honestly advise people to find a different radiologist.
