They forget to remove sales tags so always double check at check out. I forgot to and paid double the price, even after showing them the sale sticker in the aisle they wouldn't honor it. Blame the manager not the cashier though.

What is it about Walgreens that makes almost every pharmacy interaction a slow rolling dumpster fire? It's not the staff - I can tell they're stressed out to the max doing their best. Does management not pay enough? Do they not have enough staff on the schedule to meet demand? I'm here for a vaccine appointment that was 40 minutes ago, with a handful of people also here for vaccine appointments who are unsure and getting unclear direction on whether the QR code check-in checked us in or whether we are supposed to be talking to someone at the counter. We've been given conflicting instructions on where to stand to wait for vaccinations, so we're crowded into an aisle with the ten people in line for their prescriptions who aren't getting help either. The people standing at the window have been there for easily 15 minutes while the person helping them does endless tasks on the computer. Why did I make an appointment for a certain time if they weren't going to be prepared to take me at that time? Why is there a sign that says check in with the QR code if that's apparently insufficient? Why isn't there a manager here helping their frantic staff get through a crazy Saturday?

While the pharmacy staff is as helpful as possible, they are ALWAYS understaffed and overwhelmed with a 20-30 minute line there. This is Walgreens’ fault, not the staff. Walgreens is closing 2,100 stores from 2024-2027 (over the next 3 years). The reason why is showing: inefficient, staff isn’t properly supported, higher ups are way out of touch. I feel bad for the pharmacy staff.

Had to give it a start because is required, wish Google had a “0” star level. The staff is really rude and do not care at all about their clientele. Not only they always place you on hold for sometimes up to 30 minutes, and when they finally answer, they act as if they’re doing you a favor and answer with disdain. Why they have to be rude? They need to be trained on how to speak to people, and how to do their job professionally. Glad to stop using this pharmacy, switched to another location.

The customer service at this pharmacy is terrible, as you would expect from any establishment in the district. I only go here because the pharmacy at CVS in the Palisades is even worse.

AS a medical professional who works in the SAME building. PLEASE do NOT shop here, I was watched and followed around the store by the older sales man with grey hair. He didn’t even ask me for help, just stood DIRECTLY behind me staring blatantly at me. He also began to follow me from AISLE to AISLE, without asking for any help once AGAIN. I had to file a report. Avoid shopping here if you’re black.

Cashier was rude for no reason. Pharmacy closed on Sunday. All around not a great experience, but forced to go there because UHC considers CVS to be out of network?♀️

The slowest, most crowded, pharmacy I've ever been to. Even with 4-5 workers, there's almost always a half hour+ wait. Not a problem shared by other area pharmacies.

The employees are nice and get your prescriptions to you in a timely matter. Sometimes there’s a line but there’s only 2-3 people working and they have to take phone calls too!! So def set aside a half hour to pick up your meds. But they’re great and always make sure everything gets to you <3

Kind pharmacy staff, highly competent and empathetic pharmacist. I did not experience what the other reviews note here - had a good experience getting a booster.
