I like that it is convenient to my place but the inconsistencies at the counter are bizarre...one day they gave me a towel, another day none...one day they offered me a free water, then none...it is confusing to the customers and comes accross as ugly...whatever is the rule, just follow it. And since I have been told (in the response) it is possible, not like the"we are not allowed " from yesterday, here are two gorgeous stars. See you soon Vida!

Fredo was fabulous!! One of the best customer service! He is very friendly and greets everyone with so much enthusiasm!! Love coming to Yards because of staff memebers like Fredo!!

I’ve been going to VIDA Off andon for five years since living in Navy Yard and I ended my membership today. First, there’s no guarantee that you will have a warm shower. It’s usually cold. After months of complaints, It seems that Management is reluctant to fix the issue due to cost. Mind you the membership starts at $140 a month. Regardless of grievances or concerns, the management is often very reluctant to acknowledge concerns, have persistent attitudes, and are quite nasty When those grievances are communicated. VIDA does not control the parking lot and therefore there are persistent issues with parking members consistently block spots but when management is asked to get involved they refuse stating that they don’t manage the parking lot and they won’t get involved. Aside from that the locker rooms have salt stains on the ground from leakages And the hydrotherapy machines are never more than 10% functional. The customer service is lacking and the facilities need to be updated.

This place is definitely an experience. My friend and I went to do the visit and tour. Checked in with Byron. Attended the heated yoga class with the instructor Jesse (@thegratefulyoga). Some eye-catching things for me were the decorations to celebrate black history month, the smoothie bar, and hair salon. I'm a little too far for these gyms but will gladly be someone's guest every now and then.

I came to an open house a while back I enjoyed the tour, NICE! I also had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Demetrius oh my gosh such a welcoming smile so warm/friendly to chat with and an A+ smoothie maker. I will be returning!

Honestly I will definitely be back. One of the best gym's I have been to while in the area. Thanks to Demetrius I had an even better experience and can't wait to share this location with my workout partner!

New to the area, but already feel right at home in Navy Yard. With a stressful job/transition I was really counting on my new gym to be good. To my surprise it's been great! It's like anything else, it's got area for improvement, but at the end of the day it's got everything I need and more. Also, in my option it's hands down one of the nicest gyms you'll find in DC. (This review is based on price point and convince).

Demetrius is Bomb! I had training at Navy Yards for a week and he made sure I knew enough before leaving! His energy and his customer service skills are impeccable!!! He's a keeper!!

Love VIDA FITNESS AT THE YARDS. The facility is great, and the staff is amazing. I would like to recognize Vin and Ben in management who are awesome! They are friendly and make you feel welcome. Both are absolute gentlemen! Head trainer Ben is amazing and so knowledgeable! He’s fantastic. Sara, Javier, Tyrone, of course Reno and Bakari are all incredible staff members and personal trainers. Book them, you won’t regret it. They don’t just talk to talk; They walk the walk! They don’t just advise you to be healthy and work out, they do it themselves in VIDA. Nothing better than seeing the people who advise others, taking their own advice. The VIDA Fitness Facility is clean and the equipment selection makes this place a high-end health and fitness center for people who are serious, Gym people and who are serious about being healthy. VIDA, with its multiple locations is for everyone from the occasional exerciser, to the serious weight lifter. This place is half the price of EQUINOX in DC and twice as nice. Coming here and becoming a member was hands down a great decision. They even have a pool! I mean come on, this place is awesome.

I've been coming to this VIDA location for three years now, and I've been a huge fan. It has a large scope of equipment, with a good amount of powerlifting equipment & power racks, and pretty frequent classes w/ what seems like high attendance. Staff are friendly & available, and there's a ton of extra services ranging from spa treatments to water massage recovery. I generally try to avoid the peak times (6-8PM), but even during those bits you can still get a good workout if you're willing to adapt a bit.

After a year of membership, the value wasn't there. The customer experience was horrible, and it started the second you enter the property from the garage. The validation machine has been broken more than 90 days, coupled with the garage and building's neglect by the building owners. The asset managers refuse to make needed CapEx improvements, which has impacted the experience of gym users. Once you're in the gym, the experience is lack luster. The equipment was often broken. I just canceled and would love recommdations for a better fitness experience.I reached out to management and was given the card of Ben Rothkin, and was told I would receive an email to memorialize my grievances, and never received a follow up or response. The responsiveness to this post was uncharacteristically to the response received when I called and came to the facility.

I'm just gonna go ahead and say it. I chose this gym because I'm a straight cis female with horrible gym anxiety and I'm sure about 80% of the men that go to this gym aren't interested in me- or any woman-AT ALL! It really takes the pressure of "ugh what if there's a cute guy in here and I make a fool out of myself?!" .....He's not looking at you, girl! Just work out! For some readers that may draw you in. Others, it may deter you, but I really don't have anything bad to say about the place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Equipment is very clean and every class that I took was great! The price is steep, but you get what you pay for. Definitely.

I've been coming to Vida for 4 years. Sunday night there was no towels and the gym was looking messy. Today Monday 19Dec came around 5:50 am and the gym was not opened. Ben the trainer was nice enough to let some of us go inside a building due to the cold weather. Not sure what is going on with the Gym?

We can forget about being safe from Covid and Monkeypox when you don’t follow simple standards such as cleanness and sanitation…
