Sweet Arena. Definitely has a great views of the game from every section. Have been there twice to watch both the Capitols and the Wizards. Nice fan experience for both. If your in the area definitely check it out!

What a treat to see the Wizards host the Celtics on St. Patrick's Day. It's been a long time since I went to a NBA game and this was a lot of fun. Loved all the ways they try to engage the crowd during time outs and such. The screens help you feel like you aren't so far from the court even when you are way up in the nosebleeds. Security and ushers were fantastic and efficient. Sorry the hometown team lost, but it was a fun evening...especially so for two boys who had been dreaming about going to a NBA game.

Although the Wizards are awfu (lol) l I still enjoy a fun night out and the night I went to Capital One Arena was just that. Was there for the Wizards as they played the Trailblazers but really went for the free concert series that they have throughout the season. This night it was the all-female go-go band Be'la Dona and 2CHAINZ. All I can say is a time was had! I didn't expect to see as many people at the game as we did but consensus was, we were all there for the concert. Oh and before I forget new lounge alert!! Signature Club & Lounge is a new lounge that features food from one of my favorite chefs - Chef Jose Andres. If you're a premium season ticket holder (or know someone who is) make sure you checkout this beautiful lounge. Service was great and it is very intimate. A great added touch to the arena in my opinion.

Food is great, but their pricing is not that great for tickets especially when the teams that are in this stadium are not good. You want to bring people into the doors but the price gouging stops people from coming.

Well let me have ten seats! So my last review gave an overview of the VIP areas, one being the Ultra lounge and then the suites. If you have court side seats you get to go to the Cesar's Sportbook Lounge. This is more intimate and all inclusive. Yes all inclusive! All drinks and food. Alcohol is free too. Oh and my salad bar that I'm used to, well it's definitely provided at the Cesar's side. As far as seating goes, floor seats never are a bad thing. We had a few players fly near us on fouls. Kinda scary. Snacks and waiting service was perfection! I ate my little heart out. If you know me, I'm a candy lover so sweets and me, we go together! Real bad.

Great concert venue, but I got chicken tenders with a side of bad food poisoning. :( I did see that there were some tenders/fries baskets on the counter in back, and I guess they weren't kept hot.

Attention sports fans! Tonight's game between the Washington Wizards and Sacramento Kings is not to be missed. If you're a Capital One cardholder, you can access a private cardholder entrance beside the locker storage area. However, please note that bags larger than your palm won't be allowed inside. Capital One Arena has recently improved its food options, so you won't be disappointed if you decide to grab a bite. You can also visit Doug from DC Cocktails Company on level 100 - he's a fantastic bartender who takes the time to get to know his customers. Even better, he'll remember your name after just one visit! Once inside, the staff will check your tickets and direct you to your seats. The Wizards crowd is known for being very friendly, so don't hesitate to strike up a conversation or ask someone to take a picture of you facing the court. It's a relaxed environment until the horn sounds and the Wizards win! Overall: The experience is family-friendly, making it a great way to kick off the weekend. You'll find a range of beverages available, including beer, wine, hard cider, and cocktails. Don't forget to visit Doug from DC Cocktails Company and try the new gourmet food options!

I've been to Capital One Arena for several different events and each time I had a great experience. The arena is extremely accessible via metro. It is just steps off of the Gallery Place metro stop. I've only really ever sat in the nosebleeds before but even from up there the view is excellent! The crowd is fun and vibrant and all the workers are kind. Don't forget to stop by Tenders, Love and Chicken to get an awesome chicken tenders combo. The fries are superb.

This a good spot to catch a game. Looks like there is not a bad seat in the house. The place was pretty packed for the ACC tournament, but it was quick and efficient entering the arena. The ushers were very friendly. There is one place that sells coffee on level 1 between 118/119. The rest of the concessions were pretty limited. There are water refill stations which is fantastic. Save money and the oceans and refill your plastic bottles!

I went to a concert last Thursday and had a really good time! Burna Boy was . I just don't agree with people smoking in arena. I asked a staff person about it and she said smoking is not allowed but does not reinforce? Previous to that, someone was behind us and was lighting up. I will be writing to upper management. Again Burna Boy was amazing, the arena.. I'm making my way to another arena!

This arena has the rudest and most aggressive employees I've ever experienced! The minute you walk into the building they are screaming orders at you and don't give you one minute to move or respond before they become aggressive and combative. We paid a lot of money to see this game and don't expect this treatment as patrons when we go. VERY disappointed

I've been coming here for years for concerts and of course, basketball games. I still remember this venue as the MCI Center ( yes, I aged myself with that one) then Verizon Center! My most recent visit was last night for the Burna Boy concert ("I told Them" tour). The concert was sold out! The lines to get in were long but moved quickly and efficiently. They're very strict with the bag policy. They must be 5×7 and they use a container to measure. If it doesn't fit in their container, then you'll be forced to use their lockers. The concession lines were very long. My group had drinks and dinner nearby, so we didn't get anything here! The concert was amazing and I was impressed with the staff and efficiency at this event!

I had a fantastic experience at Capital One Arena during the Burna Boy concert. The process of entering the venue was exceptionally smooth; I simply used the ticket on my phone without any issues. The flow of lines and movement throughout the building was seamless, and the signage and directions for seating were clear and easy to follow. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained my area and seat were, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere. While I didn't purchase any food or drinks from the vendors, I can say that I would gladly return to this venue for future events. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
