This is my first time having to go back and update/revise a review I've submitted. Let me say it's not the independent retail store but the company they represent. I took my mother to this store for her 87th birthday to finally upgrade her iPhone and change from one carrier to Verizon since all her home services were through them. It just made sense she had finished paying off the phone from the previous carrier to bundle her cell phone into the internet, cable, and home phone. In addition, it will make it easier for my siblings and me to assist her in paying her bills. I thought everything was done when we entered the store, and I firmly articulated that this was what we wanted to do. So, we left thinking that it was done and that her monthly bill would reflect electronically this new item added to her services with Verizon. This was in November, and in January, my mother called me hysterical that she received a bill of over $800.00 along with a cut-off notice for her cell services and sending her information to a collection agency. I immediately logged on to her account and didn't notice anything unusual. So, I chalked it up to thinking that it was spam. I then went to her house to look at three bills with three account numbers on them. After not getting a favorable response by telephone, I immediately got the bills and went to the store we purchased the cell phone from to find out what happened. I was met by a young lady named "Nimota," who spent over an hour working with me to find out how to rectify this situation so my mother's services could be restored. I am not a Verizon customer; little did I know that their wireless and home services fall under two separate entities. So, in essence, as a customer, you receive TWO separate bills; one for home and one for cell. WHO KNEW; WTH. I will spare you further details of this fiasco. Nevertheless, I wanted to highlight "Nimota" and her incredible patience, poise, professionalism, knowledge of the carrier and who to connect me with. Her gentle spirit and calm personality kept me as we came to a peaceful resolution to this mishap to some degree. I hope that the store manager cherishes the gift of her presence in this store.

I did a phone upgrade in May and one option for receiving a trade-in credit was to bring my old phone to a store. I went to this location with my phone and the employee said I was good to go but a month later my trade-in credit was taken off my bill and Verizon said they never received my phone. I have called customer service multiple times over the last 6 months and was just told they are not able to restore the credit because they can't find the phone. I'm now out several hundred dollars because Verizon didn't process the trade-in correctly.

The staff at Verizon are exceptional at serving customers. I went once with an unsupported phone, the gentleman kindly explained and apologized for not having a solution. A few days later I revisited with a supported phone, another staff member was also very helpful. Mike quickly offered what I needed but the phone had a glitch. He very patiently stayed on the help desk call and kept informing me of the progress. Eventually everything was resolved and I left with an operating phone! While there, a customer who was acting very difficult kept annoying one of the staff members, the gentleman was calm, courteous and very patient with the customer. I stayed for a good while and noticed how friendly the staff were towards each other. It was wonderful to see such a team!

Horrible service. I came in with a simple problem and after finding out I would have to pay $30 for a mistake on their end. Will talk to corporate soon.

I had a great experience here. Michael talked me through new iPhone options, and did some digging on my cell phone plan to find my family new plans that saved us a lot of money on our monthly bills and the new phone. He patiently helped me set up my new phone for a while too. Super nice guy and knowledgeable about the products. Definitely recommend!

Be careful with Verizon Sales People. Verizon sales people are scamming people knocking on doors and offering "free" one month trials. They did it to my wife and me. We have them a chance, the technician came in installed the routers etc. and they said we will receive an email at the end of the month asking if we wanted to keep the service. We never got the email. We ended up deciding not to keep the service. After the first month passed since we never got the email we tried to contact the sales person, who never responded. About a week later we got a bill for $120 for the "Free" month and a extra month ahead! We called customer service and they said we "received the wrong promise" and that they will not charge us for the first month but that we had to pay for the month that already started. We are still dealing by the situation we will see if we are manage to resolve this issue. Just be aware. This is either salesmen crap or corporate crap.

This is a cooperate store ? Insane because the customer service wasn’t really good. I was rushed and my questions weren’t answered .

It works when it works. If you need any help the customer service is off-shored to the Phillipnes (not terrible once you get someone) but getting through the website and automation is insane. Try someone else.

I've been using Verizon as my internet provider for a year now; it's a good option for internet service, but it's not spectacular. The connection is stable, however the available speeds are not the fastest. Customer service is friendly yet sluggish to answer. Pricing is competitive, but contracts might be restrictive.

I worked with Reginald today on a device and billing issue that was quite complex. He was extremely patient, as he answered my numerous questions. He was analytical and methodical as he worked toward a solution for the issue. In the end, he solved the issue. I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you Reggie!

The customer service at this store is above and beyond. Winslow helped me to get a new phone, followed up the next day to see if I got all my data transferred and then when the service had a glitch with text messages he went above and beyond again to make sure that it was resolved. His coworker Kya is also wonderful. I feel like I have a new little Verizon family. Would recommend you do all your service things with them.

Great corporate store. Staff are a little mundane but professional so no complaint there. Finished everything I need in a timely manner and it was all easy.
