They never answer the calls and when they do it is in a bad way, I have made 15 calls to see that they really answer and they never do, TERRIBLE service...

I have never encountered such awful customer support. I advise against anyone coming in on a walk-in basis. The way they operate is unclear. For unclear reasons, people may occasionally take advantage of you by calling them first. My son was ill, and I have to wait for about three hours. That is entirely unfair.

Worse place. Front desk is absolutely terrible and disrespectful. My cousin was trying to call for her test results way before 5:00 pm and they kept hanging up. It looks like they do not want to work.
