I am so pleased with my experience. I must admit this location is a little out of my way however I am so glad I was sent here for my insurance claim. I needed an extra part for my phone and Candice was so helpful and reassuring as I had been very stressed from not having a working phone for a good amount of time. Once my part came in, I received a call and once my phone was ready I received a message. The communication and customer service was top notch and I would definitely recommend this location! Shout out to Candice and Raleigh for taking such great care of me. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

This place is wonderful. I always get good service here and have often never had to pay pay for the simple fixes that they have done.Candace and Raleigjh are very helpful and fully explain what they did to resolve my laptop and phone issues. I highly recommend this store. It is such a privilege to have them in our neighborhood.

$300+ for laptop screen. One week for part. Two hours for service. Reception is professional. I really don’t like how they put a sticker on my computer that is impossible to remove without leaving a sticky residue. One more problem to deal with.
