This review is for the center of the circle on the western end of Arlington Memorial Bridge. It's nearly inaccessible to pedestrians because of the zooming traffic around the circle. While NPS staff keep the grass neat, the location is hostage to the considerable traffic volume which makes approaching the circle very dangerous. There are few sidewalks in the area and there are fewer at.grade crossings which depend on the goodwill of harried drivers from out of town trying to negotiate their first traffic circle.
Playground: No playground in this park on the western side of the Potomac sandwiched between GW.Parkway and Arlington Cemetery.
Restrooms: No restrooms at all.
Dog-friendliness: Dogs allowed but keep them on a leash!
Picnic area: You could picnic area but people in their cars might stare in pity at you as you appear to picnic at an offramp!

Nice park... for cars. Never seen park designed like that. Instead of paths for humans it is filled with roads for cars.
