Do not take embroidered clothes here. I took a delicate embroidered jacket here and it came back with tons of loose seams and tatters on one side. The embroidery cannot be replicated since the exact thread color match isn't really possible. They were kind, fast and didn't lose the item, but for anything important I would NOT recommend.

I dropped off my rug (runner) for dry cleaning. Her price over the phone was about $20 less than when I came in and I gave her the dimensions. She said 2-3 weeks and it’s been a month. I don’t think I’m getting it back. $73.

This business does not provide service in a timely manner. Do not expect to have your clothes ready at the time promised. Rude and unprofessional owners.

If I could rate this place no-star, I definitely would...I’m not exactly sure what type of detergent they use, but it ain’t no damn Tide. I mean I’ve had shirts come out cleaner using a dollar tree brand. I don’t recommend!

Don't come to this cleaners!!! They're rude and unprofessional. On Dec. 31st/NYE, I asked the owner if I can have my dress ready the same day because I planned on wearing it for NYE and she said so long as I drop it off by 8:30 AM then I can pick it up earliest 5pm so I said, sounds good. I came to the store at 5 PM and the store was closed. I was highly disappointed because I woke up very early to have it ready the same day and came for pick up exactly at 5 PM to find the store closed. I went on Jan 2nd to pick it up and didn't plan to pay for it since the whole purpose of me bringing it to the cleaners was to wear it that evening and her response was "I got sick and forgot you wanted it the same day so I left at 4:30 and you still have to pay full price" I was shocked that she didn't even apologize or show any remorse and didn't have any customer service by at least providing a discount so I called the police and the store owner kept saying she was sick so she left early but still provided the service. For the sake of time, I just paid $10 because that's the discount she offered after the police came and I got my dress and left. I will NEVER return. Go elsewhere, trust me.

We use this place for the bulk of our dry cleaning and basic tailoring and have been very happy with it. Our dry cleaning has always been very well done — stains we thought were permanent disappeared, and they have good attention to detail. In addition basic hemming and seam repair, she's also made an heirloom quilt look like new. As some of the more negative reviews here have suggested, this probably isn't the best place to go for something urgent or if you are going to be fussy (yes, one time they just cleaned a shirt but forgot to repair a seam even though they charged me - we took it back and they fixed it - nbd. Or a couple of times I just wanted something sewn, I wasn't paying attention and they also charged me for dry cleaning - it was an extra $7 - whatever). This is still a very good neighborhood family-run business worth supporting.
