This is the worst giant parking. There are never anywhere to park In the parking garage. I am a handicap person and I can never find a handicap space or any parking space. Store #2381 needs 2 jour parking because people are parking all day and there is never a parking space. I just moved in the H street corridor and everything I visit this Giant there are never a place to park. Please do something about store #2381 parking garage. People park in the handicap spaces that does not have a placid in the windows. I have complained to the store manager but nothing has been done.

The no bag policy means I’ve taken my business elsewhere. I used to only shop at giant but if I can’t take my backpack or fabric cart to the grocery store, I can’t shop here.

Great grocery store. Much cheaper than the While Foods down the street. My cashier was very helpful as well.

This is the worst grocery store in the history of grocery stores. They never have ANYTHING in stock! and its poor variety! Not to mention how overpriced it is. Produce is always disgusting and of poor quality. Harris Teeter & Safeway are way better options. I wish they would just get rid of this store and put something else there.

Already an uncomfortable place to shop, now they will no longer allow you to bring in reusable shopping bags, forcing you to pay for plastic bags. It’s really not the way to avoid theft. Receipt checks upon exit would be far more effective.

The new bag policy is a hindrance. If you want to reduce theft, staff more people. Been coming to Giant for literally 30+ years. Won't be returning until this dumb policy is dropped.

I've been shopping here for years. Recently I was stopped at the door for trying to bring a backpack in. Apparently this is some absolutely absurd new corporate policy. I'm not sure how they think that's going to work with an inner-city location like this, but obviously they've lost me and my partner as customers.

Ridiculous no-bag policy, including backpacks and regular shopping bags. I tried to go shopping on my way home from work and wasn't allowed in because I had my backpack, so I went to WholeFoods instead. At the same time that i was turned away, a lady with a Victoria's Secret shopping bag (a regular open-top bag with 2 handles) was also turned away from shopping at Giant because of her bag. This is such a horrible new policy, and a guaranteed way to lose money and customers.

So let me first address the parking. There are only about 15 customers in there, but there is no parking at all, no handicaps, or none. So bad people are double parking or making parking spots. So how is that possible with only a little bit of people in there? I circled four times. I called the store to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor Lauren said it's full; there's nothing I can do. Like, girl, you see, only a handful of customers are in the store. Tell your security or something. Then the store selection was trash, shelves empty, boxes on the floor, just overall unorganized. Expired items still out. I would not suggest this location at all.

Security came up to me and my five year old daughter because we had a back pack in our shopping cart. They said we had to leave it outside the store. We brought the back pack to put the few groceries in after we bought them. We rode bikes to Giant and need the backpack to get the groceries home. This is the stupidest policy. Maybe it would make more sense to go after actual shoplifters.

Ridiculous no backpack "policy". I this store is on my walk home from work. I bring my backpack to work. On my walk home I want to get a few things. But because I have a backpack I would have to go home, drop my backpack and then walk back just for the 'priviledge' of spending my money with you. Whole Foods is just two blocks away. I guess I will go there from now on. Idiotic policy set up by idiots. I hope you go out of business.
