Very nice spot and the outlook of the water is so calming. The one thing I would suggest is maybe adding more lighting for the night time because it's super dark at night.

A wonderful walkable spot next to Georgetown and right across Virginia, lots of restaurants and bars. We went there for an evening drink and it was full of life. Possible canoeing on the river as well, or have a boat ride

Bike trails just off of it. Sometimes it not too hard to park if needed be. Just play your lucky star.
Waterfront is the way to go. Love it there.

Georgetown Waterfront Park is a scenic and well-maintained park along the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. It's a popular spot for both relaxation and recreation, offering a mix of lush green spaces, paved paths, and waterfront views.
During my visit, I enjoyed strolling around the well-maintained paths and taking in the beautiful river views.
The park features a wide, open promenade that’s ideal for walking, jogging, or simply enjoying the river scenery. The views of the Potomac River and the Key Bridge are particularly picturesque, making it a great spot for photos or a leisurely stroll. The park is also known for its beautifully landscaped gardens, fountains, and seating areas, providing plenty of places to relax.
The place is well-connected to the nearby Georgetown neighborhood, making it easy to combine a visit to the park with exploring the historic streets of Georgetown. There are also several dining options along the waterfront where you can enjoy a meal with a view.
Playground: Great for children
Restrooms: Very neat and clean
Picnic area: It's a great picnic spot

One of my favorite parks in DC! Peaceful & beautiful with something for everybody! They even have a cool down splash fountain to beat the heat. Amazing view of the Key Bridge & sooooo many chill pretty spots for photo shoots etc.
Restrooms: There are no public restrooms (that I know of) unless you are dining at 1 of the restaurants/coffee shops.
