A wonderful walkable spot next to Georgetown and right across Virginia, lots of restaurants and bars. We went there for an evening drink and it was full of life. Possible canoeing on the river as well, or have a boat ride

Bike trails just off of it. Sometimes it not too hard to park if needed be. Just play your lucky star.
Waterfront is the way to go. Love it there.
