They have a great selection and unmatched customer service. Pat really helped us design the shower of our dreams and a very tricky timeline.

Sales persons Brie and Pat were amazing, but specially Brie, service was quick, very professional, very friendly, very respectful, I will come back and buy any product not necessarily because of the products, which are of high quality production, but, most likely because of the incredible people working for you at this branch. Congrats! Cheers! Giovanni Nicolacci

Very poor customer service. They made us wait for over 30 mins even though the store had only one other customer and 4 store assistants. After making us wait, the host said the store assistants would rather catch up on their orders than serve us so would we like to make an appointment for another day.

This store only cares about you in respect to being a sales figure and not a customer. I bought a Grohe kitchen faucet and when it was installed a year ago, the faucet head was not working. I worked with the installer first and they said it was installed properly and the faucet is faulty. I contacted Ferguson in the hopes to seek some way to remediate this. It took months for our sales person to even remotely respond to our inquiries, much less send out any hardware to fix it. In the course of 8 months I have only received a cartridge and this only remedied a part of the issue. It still does not properly switch to the spray head. For a $450 faucet, I expect it to work out of the box. I have been exceedingly patient waiting this long to say anything but if you have any issue with your purchase at this store, expect to wait months before they even acknowledge your inquiry. I would highly encourage you to go elsewhere for this kind of kitchen and bath hardware. They do not care about you. They do not want to help you. That is clearly evident in the way they handle their customer service. If I could give a 0, I would.

We've had the good fortune of working with Brienna at the Wisconsin Avenue location. Brienna showed us fixtures within our budget and is excellent at troubleshooting. Exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive -- even after we placed our order. It's common knowledge that Ferguson carries high-quality fixtures but it's Brienna's outstanding customer service that really makes a difference.

The employees and consultants here have no people manners. The young lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge us until my mother greeted her. We passed consultants while looking around and they turned their heads. There was a consultant in a yellow dress that was laughing hysterically, had no professional etiquette. I definitely wouldn’t rely on their expertise. I got the feeling we weren’t their “type” of clientele they were looking for.

This place is the absolute worst. The "consultants" are a joke. They know nothing but pretend to be experts. They ordered the wrong items several times. They recommended a faucet that is very expensive, and looks absolutely horrible. It shows every water stain as if it is a beacon in the dark. Every water stain shines brighter than I have even seen on a faucet. It is so ugly that I have to replace it. I wasted $1000. Fergusons refused to do anything, even though their consultant recommended this faucet and did not tell me that the finish was more likely to show water stains than any other finish ever known to mankind. They told me to deal with the manufacturer, who, after months of phone calls and emails, agreed to let me buy a new faucet from them. I am not making this up!!! Fergusons represents that their consultants have some knowledge, but they are just salespeople with no knowledge or experience. And they deal with the worst manufacturers. Horrible experience from start to finish. I implore you to learn from my experience, and go any place other than Fergusons.

I would give negative stars if that were possible. This place is the worst. Their "consultants" are glorified salespeople with no knowledge of what they are selling. Fergusons represents that these salespeople have some actual knowledge of the products and manufacturers. Twice the "consultants" ordered the wrong products. I then had to return them and re-order. And in order to get refunds for their mistakes, I had to use build.com, which took days to refund my money after the products were returned to their store. They recommended bathroom fixtures that were very expensive and turned out to be unusable. The water staining on the powder room faucet that they recommended is so bad that I have to replace it. The water staining makes the faucet look so ugly that it is embarrassing. When I complained, the manager told me just wipe the water stains off. How is that a solution for a powder room faucet that gets constant use from family and guests? I would not have purchased this faucet if the "consultant" had not recommended it. The consultant also recommended the finish that I chose, and never mentioned that this finish would show water staind more than other finishes. Fergusons told me to talk to the manufacturer about my compliant., The manufacturer then tried to sell me a new faucet to replace the one that I was unhappy with. I am not making this up. I paid over $700 for this faucet, and the solution recommended was to buy another one. Fergusons does not stand behind the products that are purchased at the recommendation of their salespeople. And steers customers to products from horrible companies. And makes it very difficult to process refunds when their salespeople make mistakes in ordering. Unless you have no other option, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! The only time I would ever suggest you buy bathroom fixtures from Fergusons is if every other seller of such items in the entire world shuts down, and there is literally no other option.

I used Ferguson to buy a lot of fixtures for our bathroom remodel in Bethesda. It was a nightmare for the most part. Wrong items sent, broken items sent, items missing pieces, and more. Their people constantly assure you things will be made right meanwhile my time is continually wasted. We are still going back and forth to this day about a vanity touch up kit they were supposed to send me. They have sent it twice so far each time with the wrong color. I would not use this business again.

Stay away! This company uses Build.com and R&L to ship. R&L delivered a damaged box and the driver refused to talk to us, drove away while we protested. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue including conversations with senior managers at both Ferguson and R&L we still have the damaged box on our porch a week later and we receive about 7 calls per day from R&L to deliver more. It has been a nightmare of incompetence and buck passing.

As far as I could tell, they have a limited selection, mostly priced at full retail, offer little if any valuable design advice, and do not install. I went primarily to look for a bathtub, as I'd really like to see a bathtub before buying it and assumed that a kitchen and bath "Gallery" would have many options, but I was wrong. My bathtub space is probably the most common size there is, but they had only a single option for that size. I have a clear idea of the design I want so really wasn't interested in design "advice," but what I overhead was pretty terrible. A couple was advised to choose a bathroom sink faucet first and then to pick everything else to match. Umm, so forget what kind of shower head you want and need (type, pressure, ahem, legal flow restrictions) and just pick it to match the vanity faucet? That seems crazy, backwards, and potentially code noncompliant. Plus, "matchy matchy" is not design in my opinion. They do have a number of faucet options and a trip there before buying something online would probably help you avoid some annoying online returns, but I think you could find most if not all of what they sell for less through a simple Google search. If you have no idea how to do a Google search or compare prices, then you are probably their ideal customer.
