Had a very easy time printing, Romel was incredibly helpful and walked me through the whole process. I didn't even think that what I wanted to do was possible for under $10 but Romel helped me do it for under $1 in under 5 minutes

Great service but they close at 7:30. Everyone is out of the building by 7:45. Need to update hours and stop with the false advertising.

My experience so far is terrible. I called and asked if they could print out my poster by the next day. Due to unforeseen circumstance, I had to re-print my poster before a conference and the answer I got over the phone was yes “tomorrow at 12 PM” and they asked me to send over my poster through email which I did. however, after I received the automatic email I never got any follow up email regarding payment or quotes etc. So after hours i was anxious so I called back to confirm if they received my email because i really need this poster by the next day. this time the staff change their answer and told me that they cannot print the poster because there is a lot of orders. I almost had a heart attack when I heard this because there is already hours passed and later in the afternoon, leave me less opportunity to call other places for help. If I didn’t call back to confirm this would of been devastating. I completely understand if they are busy and not able to do it. However, this is absolutely unprofessional with multiple mistakes. first, don’t make false promises in the first place when you can’t do it. Second, when you found out you can’t do it at least reply to that email and notify the person so you’re not wasting their time reaching out other for help if you can’t help. I receive no apology at all. Thank goodness I ended up able to find a place to print. But communication could have been better to avoid all this. I def learn a lesson myself on my end.

Had THE BEST experience with Romel! Helped me ship out twenty boxes with so much patience, attention to detail and the biggest smile. My job has me at different FedEx locations around the city, but this is my favorite now!

Worst FedEx in DC. Avoid at all costs. The Rep that "helped" me acted like I was bothering her. Didn't know what she was talking about. I had to explain to her FedEx policies which I know because I use FedEx every day for my business. She still printed my docs incorrectly along with another gentlemen. Then threw them at me, saying here. Next time, I will just go a few more blocks to another FedEx with competent employees.

I’ve been there a couple of times - once to get the price and second time to ship the parcel. People are very nice there. They even work on Sundays afternoon.

Robert Trejo should be CEO of Fedex with how good and dedicated he is. He stayed an hour and a half late to get an urgent presentation printed for many people. Total life saver and a king. I have never worked with someone this good at FedEx ever before. He is amazing!

I went here as a second resort when the FedEx on site at Walgreens was unable to help me.I called and spoke with Latesha. Glad to get through to a real person and rather expeditiously! She was very helpful by phone and then in person.She and her team were finally able to help me get my package to its final destination!
