Do NOT come here to ship your items. They charge you a $20 "handling" fee per package to ship from this hotel location. You could save that just by walking down the block to the non-hotel associated FexEx. I also dropped off my package at noon and was told it would arrive in 2 days, but it didn't arrive until 3 days later.

Just another to chime in that this location charges a $10 "handling fee" to drop off packages that already have labels. They're crooks.

$10 additional fee per package just because it's in a hotel -- WTF?? Do they not want anyone to ever use this place?? I had a prepaid label for my package and they told me *I* would still have to pay the additional $10. No thanks.

It's on the 2 lower floor from the ground fl. of Renaissance hotel. The service here is really nice.
