IN WALGREENS, lower level, east end. Don’t wait in line. I found a staff member on the floor who scanned my label and took the package. Super easy (once I found out it was in Walgreens).

There is no drop box, only a counter (when you walk in take your first left and look for it and see a counter on your left near the photo section). No one was at the counter and no one came when I pressed the call button (presumably because the two tellers were handling a very long line of normal Walgreens customers). The other FedEx box supposed to be in Union station was not locatable after asking 7 people and walking through all floors including by post office. Look elsewhere to mail a package!

Be aware that this site cannot scan the QR codes to print the shipping labels because they don’t have the printer… initially the service was quick because each associate has a scanner, but then the associate was confused and another associate had to help informing that they did not actually have the full services at that on site location. I was disappointed.

This FedEx Office has the best service of any packaging store I've ever been to. The store manager is especially nice. Really pleasant experience.

In Walgreens with no sign. Please add a sign to provide clarification. Customers waited in line to make their purchase, thinking it was the Walgreens checkout and not the FedEx checkout
