We had our 105+ person wedding ceremony on the rooftop garden at Fathom Gallery 14th St and loved every second! The space spoke to who we are as a couple and is situated in the heart of 14th Street, where our love grew. The Fathom ladies (as we affectionately call them), Meg, Emily, and their team are phenomenal stewards of the space. Meg and Emily worked interchangeably to help us with seamless communication and flexibility throughout our wedding planning. We decided to have just our wedding ceremony at the gallery, and they found the right pricing to make it work for both parties. The space outside fits just over 100 people perfectly. We used the upstairs for the bridal party right before the ceremony, which was an addition that was well worth it. On our wedding day, the team was on-site and provided great energy as we made our way down the aisle. We took wedding portraits with family and made the ten-minute walk to our reception venue, Gypsy Kitchen, straight down 14th Street!
What separates the Fathom team is the little things. They were able to get the building next door to shut off their AC unit during the ceremony, which made a huge difference, given that we were outside. If you choose to have your wedding at Fathom Gallery, they will print ten of your favorite photos of you and your spouse for display around the venue. Having your wedding at Fathom Gallery will ensure you are in good hands and in a beautiful space!

as a dc wedding photographer I have photographed a handful of weddings at fathom gallery on 14th street, and I have to say it's one of my all time favorite venues. it's a bit smaller, so weddings with fewer guests are the perfect fit for their space. the surrounding area is always really dynamic and provides a unique urban vibe for couples ig @iamthesam

Fathom Gallery is beautiful and Meg and Emily are a pleasure to work with. We had our wedding here and everything was perfect. The space has a ton of character and they have some very cool details included with the rental: 10 framed pictures hung up throughout the room and a ghost mirror that displays pictures in the bathroom. Compared to other DC wedding venues, Fathom is more communicative and response, the price is great, you get a lot included, and the space is gorgeous. I would 100% recommend FG as a wedding venue.

Absolutely wonderful experience booking Fathom 14th St. for my surprise wedding proposal. Emily and Meg were amazing to work with- extremely organized, communicative, willing to accommodate some custom requests to make the night special, and just the nicest folks you could imagine when trying to plan such a major milestone!Working with the Fathom team was such a welcome breath of fresh air when compared to some previous experiences with booking events in DC and I completely recommend that you contact them if you're looking for a rental space inside the district. The gallery itself is immaculate and well accommodated, but their rooftop terrace in the heart of the city is really a showstopper and well worth your consideration.All in all, my experience felt personal, low-stress, and absolutely perfect for making the night feel special. This was exactly what I was hoping for and I'll definitely be back in touch with the Fathom team when it comes time to book my next event.

I absolutely loved this venue for one of my wedding events. Meg and Emily were so prompt in their responses and always answered my questions. I ran into an issue with my caterer and Meg was quick to help me problem solve and I ended up contracting one of the Fathom's preferred vendor. The food was great, the service was great, and I would totally book this venue again.

My groom (33M) and I (34F) knew we wanted a small-ish wedding with under 60 people. Mind you, my now-husband and I weren’t perfect clients, we had 3 months to plan our wedding and we actually almost didn’t go with Fathom due to some scheduling conflicts. Meg and Emily were so gracious and generous with their time and answered any questions we had.
Luckily they still had our date open. Everything worked out so perfectly.Fathom Gallery at 14th feels like a secret club in the middle of DC. It was great to see our guests’ reactions as they went through the door and up the stairs to our event.We held our ceremony outside on their rooftop garden and had our reception lunch inside. Post-ceremony, they flipped the garden to accommodate lounge chairs and tables.To fit our budget, we wanted to rent as few items of furniture as possible. Fathom already had some tables and chairs, so we saved money there. They also have a great vendor list, prep-list, and event check-list. You can tell that they are pros at events. Meg and Emily are amazing.My now-husband and I had 50 guests at our wedding. Fathom Gallery on 14th is perfect for that number.
We also booked the 3rd floor to act as a prep room and additional bathroom and kid space for after the ceremony. Our guests with kids really appreciated that they could bring their children up to watch Bluey for a bit and wind down.
Our wedding was a month ago and it truly was the happiest day for my groom and I. Thanks, Fathom!

We hosted our engagement party at Fathom Gallery on 14th on 06/10/2023. We received so many compliments from our friends and family. The venue was stunning, and Meg was incredibly helpful coordinating staff and assisting in the planning process. We couldnt be happier with our experience, and I hope to host another event at Fathom Gallery in the future! This was definitely an event that we will never forget.

We can't say enough good things about Fathom Gallery as a wedding and event venue! We've photographed several marriage celebrations and a birthday party there, and we can't wait for the next opportunity to work an event there. Kristen, Meg, Emily and the entire team are the best! And you won't find a more unique space anywhere in the DC metro area. The rooftop gives you the chance to have an open-air wedding ceremony -- not the easiest thing to do in the city! The bridal suite/prep room gives you a space to get ready, which is often not available at more intimate venues. And because the interior normally serves as an art gallery, you have the possibility to personalize that space with your own photos and decorations. We cannot recommend Fathom highly enough!

I had the opportunity to work with Meg and Emily to help plan my engagement proposal. What was interesting was that I live in Florida and I was trying to surprise my soon to be fiancee in DC. We just had our wedding and we couldn’t ask for a better venue! We had our ceremony and cocktail reception there. We were able to comfortably accommodate all 60 guests, band, staff and allow for a tent with heaters. Meg and her team were responsive and helpful. Their list of recommended vendors were amazing and I couldn’t ask for a better wedding.

A gem on the 14th street! Close to DC's favorite restaurants and bars. The venue is modern and classic looking - perfect for intimate weddings and small events. The staff are considerate and efficient - they made sure us and our guests had a great experience.

We chose the Fathom Gallery for our 50+ person wedding reception and we could not have been happier with our decision. From setting up the initial visit, to coordinating logistics, to walkthroughs and day of coordination, Meg and Emily were amazing to work with and made the entire experience much easier and more enjoyable. The confidence the team has in terms of helping couples make decisions regarding the configuration of the space exemplifies the quality of service you can expect from Fathom Gallery. We cannot thank the Fathom Gallery staff enough for all of their efforts throughout the wedding planning process. Meg and her team went above and beyond to make accommodations for us and even stepped in to help fix some malfunctions on the day of our reception. We would highly recommend the Fathom Gallery for any couples looking to have a small, intimate wedding reception.
