Prompt, courteous service from Fannie Mae, modern office decor inside an architecturally attractive building; however, one of the contracted recetionists' boorish reception and unkempt, ghettoed demeanors contrasted markedly from the professionalism of the educated, experienced office staff. Hence, one star deduction!
