If I could give zero stars I would. Contracted this POS company to move a vehicle from the west coast to east coast, was quoted $1300 to do so. Signed contract, sent deposit, day later owner wants to renegotiate and charge me an additional $450 to pick the car up, completely against the original agreement. Stay away from these clowns, they waste your time and steal your money. Owner will not refund deposit.

Signed a contract to transport my car for $275. My agent Jordan came back the next day and said he needed $100 more to get a tow company, I agreed to split it 50/50 with them, but he only offered the tow company my $50 portion and lost the transport. He did not answer my texts or phone calls for 4 hours, had to contact his supervisor, he finally responds and says I need to be understanding and allow him to find a driver.Do not ignore my texts and phone calls for hours and ask me to be understanding. You reminded me of our contract and a $200 cancelation fee, yet ask for more money than what we signed on the contract.Read their BBB reviews, rating, and disputes before booking. They have not responded to numerous complaints for over a year.Horrible customer service

I will sue this company. Not answering my phone calls. Increased the price after the contract was signed and made me pay the deposit and now not even returning the deposit amount.These people should be hanged and their license should be Cancelled.

Since I never experienced transporting a car before, I was totally nervous and hesitant because there are many scammers out there and I had no choice but to entrust my car to someone I don't really know. When Dylan contacted me to offer Elite Auto Shipping service, he guided me through the process, I bit the bullet and we struck a deal. I continued to suffer from moments of anxiety. But Dylan was supportive the entire time and stayed with me through those moments, up until the actual delivery of my car. I have nothing but respect for Dylan and Elite Auto Shipping. Ask for Dylan when you contact the company.

Honestly i would give zero stars if i could. They subcontract their work out to other companys jack your price up at the last minute lie to get your business and then mysteriously loose parts on my classic truck came up missing and cant even return a call to give an explanation for any of it. Consumer beware dont ever use them!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars! This is by far the worst company ever. My car was not picked up or dropped off when promised. I called and elite said that they're not the one shipping it and they could never give me a name or a number for the people/company who actually had my car. Granted the outside of my car should be dirty because it was an open carry but there's no reason the inside of my car should've been a mess when I had it detailed prior to pick up. The best part is there's damages to my car that no one knows who I should speak to in order to get it fixed. I'd give a homeless man my keys before I ever go through this company!.
