I wish I could give a review of the actual service, but my car wasn’t detailed due to complete lack of communication from this business. I booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email stating “we come to you for pick up.” No further details were provided and when I called the day prior to my appointment, I received a message that the number wasn’t accepting calls. So I drove to the NY Ave address and of course this business is not at that address. I called multiple times, texted, and emailed and more than 24 hours after my appointment, I still have not received the courtesy of a response.I have no idea if this business actually exists, but if it does, I highly recommend avoiding it. I can’t recall ever having an experience like this before. I’ll happily pay more money to a business that values its customers and operates in a more professional manner.

This company performed AMAZING work on my vehicle. They conveniently picked up my vehicle from a pick up point, removed all the mold from my car, steam washed everything VERY professionally, and even showed me a progress video and texted me updates while they were working! Will definitely rehire if I need them again! Very transparent, kind, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional staff at this company. I was looking for a car wash and detailing service so check Google. I called here to inquire about their services. A man answers, “hello” does not state the business name or anything. I say “hi I’m looking to inquire about your car washing services” he says “I’m not a car wash I do detailing. And as I’m about to say “ok, can you tell me about your detailing services” he literally hung up. So rude, will never be getting my business with an attitude like that. Shame because it’s so close to me

While it took a little longer (15 minutes or so) than they said and you have to pay to get out of the garage, my car looks great. I'll definitely use them again. It was easy to make an appointment online and I didn't have any trouble finding them.

This is a scam. I set up an appointment with Greg and sent him a deposit of over $200 for him to pick up my car to detail it. He didn’t show up and didn’t respond to my messages or calls. I looked the business up on the MD state website and its business license was forfeited so I don’t know how to get a refund!Now he’s going to claim he’s never done business with me, I’m a clown, and it’s some absurd competitor trying to besmirch his reputation. Like dude it’s car detailing, it’s not that deep. I know he’s going to do this because I looked through the responses to all of the 1 star reviews (many noting harassment from Greg) and they all have ridiculous and responses from the owner which really only underscores how unprofessional he is. Also note that most of the 5 star reviews use the same syntax and glowing remarks about pet stains.Services: Auto detailing

I know he's going to do this because I went back to the Google and Yelp reviews and looked through the responses to all of the 1 star reviews (many noting harassment from Greg) and they all have ridiculous and responses from the owner which really only underscores how unprofessional he is. Also note that most of the 5 star reviews use the same syntax and glowing remarks about pet stains. The Yelp reviews are pretty much identical and the accounts only have like 1 other review all of the same Thai place in MD.

Greg is simply the best! He came to my house to get the car and take it to wash at his shop, and there’s also the option to have it done at your own home. Such a great service since I could continue working while my car was being cleaned. The car was in terrible shape, lots of stains and pet dander and they literally brought it back to life! This was no small job, and they did it with a level of care found only in reputable businesses that truly care about what they do. They really treated it like it was their own car. My mind is blown away by what a difference this auto detailing job made. Words can’t express how thankful I am. They really got me out of a sticky situation. I will definitely be back as a repeat customer. Do not hesitate to book them for your auto detailing needs!Services: Auto detailing

Greg was super responsive regarding scheduling and the actual detailing was AWESOME. I turned the car over to him with tons of dog hair and accumulated debris and it came back spotless... all in a couple hours! I don't know what sorcery they used to make it happen, but I was impressed. Greg was late for the agreed-upon pickup time (he hit bad traffic), but was communicative throughout and let me know when I should expect him. Would definitely recommend to friends looking for a convenient detailing service.

I never got to use any of Eco Klean Carz services because of their lack of professionalism in scheduling. I booked a service on the website and received email confirmation, then heard nothing else for a week. About 15 minutes before my scheduled service yesterday, I called the number on my email confirmation to ask if they were still coming to get my car. The man who answered said he was the owner, and had no idea what I was talking about. Apparently, he doesn’t pay attention to online bookings and only handles bookings by phone. Since he was unprepared to do my service yesterday, he scheduled to pick up my car at 7:30 am this morning, but when I woke up, it was raining. He reached out to me and said he’d come by once the rain stopped. I called him when the rain stopped at around 10 am and he didn’t answer. Then, he sends a text asking for my address - at 4 PM! I kindly informed him that I would not need his services.A word of advice to the owner:- If you don’t honor/pay attention to online bookings, don’t offer them. Instruct prospective customers to call for bookings, since that’s how you seem to do business.-Don’t waste people’s time, and communicate if you are not able to come at a designated time so that people can plan accordingly.Do better.

I called/emailed several services on Monday morning needing a detail on Tuesday morning. Left a message for Greg and he was the first to get back to me (within an hour or so) and was able to fit me on Tuesday morning. He was about an hour late but he took me short notice so not a big deal. Very professional and took care of me for a reasonable cost. Picked up my car and returned it within 2 hours for a full interior detail including steem and washed the outside and wheels as well. Definitely recommend.Services: Auto detailing
