I didn’t want to give one star, I have a power chair that came from this company it keeps breaking down, you try to call you never get anyone on the phone this place is ridiculous, I’m going to reach out to Medicaid about this company because they’re getting paid for absolutely nothing and it’s sad, and to top it off they came to get my chair one time before because it had parts that was missing, the legs don’t go to the chair it’s just sad.

Paid for a power lift chair in May, delivered in June, broken in July, didn't get repaired till November, broke again in December. I was told they would contact me after winter holiday closing. No phone calls were returned. My son took me to shop in February and still nothing but attitude from young man. I contacted manufacturer and they acted quickly to fix the problem. I'm a firm believer in supporting local business so sad I could never recommend them.

I had a great experience with Eagle Medical. I needed a new electric wheelchair and the staff was very helpful in assisting me. I look forward to using them in the future.

I received DME from this medical supply store, there is an issue that needs repair . I was advised to bring the invoice and equipment in and the store would resolve the matter. Spoke with a gentleman. Update- Providing 4 stars for this business. The gentleman provided me with details and accurate explanation of the policies and offered to assist. Looking forward to posting a 5 star review and a smile next time! Thank you

I needed a script for crutches due to a broken ankle. The man at the front said he couldn’t fill the script because he was “busy on the computer”. Will never return.
