I highly, highly recommend Gjoka and Double Eagle Fitness as a personal trainer. Workouts with Gjoka are fun! I hadn't been a big fan of this kind of workout before, but Gjoka has changed my views on this. He has an extremely broad range of exercises for his clients to do, and impressively changes the exercises each workout to make it different and interesting - I feel like I haven't done the same workout with him twice over the past six months. He pushes appropriately, and each workout is plenty hard, but he also tailors each workout to the capabilities of the individual. He's enthusiastic, patient, and an excellent motivator. Finally, Gjoka is an incredibly nice, friendly person, and a real professional, exactly the type of person you want to be working with.

Gjoka and Samantha are knowledgeable, experienced and supportive trainers! I started with Gjoka two years ago and the individualized plan he created for me has evolved as I've improved. Double Eagle Fitness is amazing! After living here for 1 1/2 yrs, I have finally found someone who challenges and motivates me. Gjoka is extremely knowledgeable about health, fitness and nutrition, and he is also very committed to helping his clients achieve success. I started out with training once a week and quickly switched to twice a week. No group class even compares to what we do in our sessions. We never do the same exercises twice, as he always keeps my body guessing. He uses functional exercises that not only make you look and feel better but also translate into helping you to be more productive in your daily life. After only a few sessions I finally feel like myself again. No matter your level of fitness Double Eagle Fitness can help you. Gjoka truly cares about the well being of his clients.
