This place has the worst customer experience in DC. I walked the entire store twice looking for an employee. The cashier said my best bet for help was to keep searching for an employee or use the as scanner to see if the shoe was available there before anyone could assist me. She than said other than that she didn't know what to tell me.

I have shopped here many times. Some visits were great and some were pointless. I usually have a great chance of finding my items if I'm getting fitness equipment. If I'm looking for clothes, it is a hit or miss. This most recent visit, I came to see the items I saw online that were available for pick up. They weren't there! It is strange for a store this HUGE to have absolutely NO compressions for men and only 1 type of women's Nike leggings available. The most concerning part is that dressing room #1 reeked of URINE! I could barely breathe in there and had to change rooms. The associate didn't look shocked when I told him. I don't think it was cleaned or reported.
