I love Community Print! I go to them for all of my music printing, flyer, poster, & print needs. I am even getting my holiday post cards printed there this year. Connie & Jason are both amazing. They are communicative and do everything they can to accommodate quick turnaround times. The quality of the print jobs are excellent. In addition to this great service their prices are always so reasonable. I love having a great print shop right in my neighborhood. I've worked with them for years and have zero complaints - kind, convenient, affordable, high quality - they have it all!

I have used them for printing items for my small business. The one annoying thing is that they never reply to email. So whenever you email them a job, you have to call to follow up and tell them to look at your email. It's an extra step that can be a bit of a hassle when you print a lot of jobs, but besides that, they have always provided a quality product and worked with me if I ever sent them a file that needs correction. I also think their prices are fair.

It started off great. We agreed on prices and the job. They told me everything will be done in a week. It’s been a month and nothing. They don’t reply to email and the phone calls. It’s as if they have just disappeared.Now I have to go to another printing company. I’m very disappointed.

Family approach to customer service. Friendly, professional, creative, they work with your deadlines and reasonable prices. Treat one copy customers the sane as large orders. Habit forming!

Their posted hours say they are open Saturdays 9 to noon. Came on a Saturday at 10:58 AM (non-holiday weekend) and they were closed (still looks like they are in business). No note on the door about why or when they will open again.

The absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced with a printing company. Initially emailed to get an estimate for a large job. I ended up calling a few days later because I never received a response to my email after providing additional details for the estimate. Upon calling, not only did I have to answer the same questions I responded to over email, but the person I spoke to said he'd call back and NEVER did. I emailed one final time asking for a follow up to my request for an estimate (mind you, this is all for an ESTIMATE!) and received no response whatsoever. I ended up going with another much more responsive and professional printing company. Long story short, DON'T waste your time or money with these folks; it's not the worth the goose chase.

Very easy to work with and did a quarter-cut, double-side flier for me for WAY cheaper than OfficeMax or FedEx has in the past. Would work with them again in a heartbeat!

My co-worker and I were at our wit's end with a large, complicated, labor-intensive printing job. FedEx or Kinkos wasn't gonna cut it-- we needed to be able to explain everything to a real person and have them manually print and sort different documents. Enter Community Printing! Very professional, easy to work with, and most importantly, got the job done in the timeframe we needed. Really happy we found them-- we will be going back.
