I went to the store and transferred my service from MetroPCS. When I did, I thought boost was better. So they gave me discount on a phone. Then, come to find out their plan of $50 is not actually unlimited.I was told I used my internet how when I suppose to have unlimited that's number 1. Number 2 is you cannot surf the internet while on call like you could with metropcs. Overall I am dissatisfied and as soon as this virus is over trust and believe that I will be switching back to MetroPCS.

I walked into the store at exactly 6:20, whoever your employee was at the time was already closing down the store. I see the store close at 7pm, I traveled from suitland maryland to catch the store while it was open. She told me she was already closing down and she couldnt ring me up. To add on to this frustration she had a child behind the counter with her. I dont know how you run your store but you have just lost a customer. This was very inconvenient.

The worst place every!!! My phone had so much static .So when I walked in the store Ms.E asked how can I help you? I said my phone is acting up.She said to me there is nothing wrong with your phone .I'm looking at her like is she serious .She didn't have no experience with my phone she had to ask another employee at this time .Mr.Taye said yes I can hear the problem but,we don't sell this phone anymore!!! Wow I just bought phone .And I do have a warranty thank you !!! I saw so mad because they wasn't trying to help meðŸ˜°
