Contacted at the last minute to get a wedding item which was forgotten in Washington DC. Contacted at 1:30, they were able to get item to Richmond, VA later in the afternoon. 10/10 would use again.

If I could give 100 stars, I would. Best Messenger is indeed the best messenger service. Incredibly responsive; friendly couriers; and timely court filings. Prices are reasonable too. I've had very bad service from two other courier services we used for years. Was so happy to find Best Messenger....and they prove time after time to be the absolute best!

These folks are so incredibly responsive! I needed to send a proposal to a potential client, and I had never used a courier service before. I called and they answered all my questions. I asked some follow-up questions via email, and always got a clear, helpful response within minutes. The day of the delivery, they were able to flex when I had some changing requirements. They are helpful, professional, responsive, proactive--all the good things!

Washington DC was place for paper work for me and I thought I would have to fly again to gather documents from the Embassy. For a second i thought of requesting specific request to courier services and Best Messenger was right in time with an extremely fast respond! They even contacted me back first on the day of shipping docs! Very attentive and reliable service! They saved a lot of time and money for me!

Martin and his team are perhaps the most uncomfortably (for me) competent team on planet earth. I had a very important (and confusing) package for them to pick up from an embassy and drop off to Fedex for me. Not only did he and his team probably answer 10-12 calls over the course of three days from me sorting out logistics, they were helpful and respectful every time. Awesome team, can't thank them enough and will definitely be using them again if I need anything taken care of in DC in the future!
