BaseCamp was able to give me high-quality prints of my artwork in bulk literally days before an event (and during the holidays!) and I could not be more grateful!The team was extremely friendly, responsive, and patient with me. After getting my prints done through and online service for years, I was nervous to switch over; they let me come in to see samples of their paper, printed proofs for me to review before placing my full order, and even accommodated my custom sizing. The whole process was so seamless, and the prints I received were a beautiful quality! Maybe the only downside was having a smaller range of paper options than the other service I have been using, but the affordable pricing and quick turn-around (and opportunity to support a local business) more than makes up for that.I know I’ll definitely be coming here for future projects! Thank you all so much!

One star is a star too many. Their staff at the design shop is incompetent, condescending, and impossible to work with. I was told to check my email roughly four times for a very simple print job. I was then told to come pick it up - no email - I had to call and ask. I went in and I was, while Ubering from my house to 18th St., was sent an email telling me my print job (10 pages) would be ready for pickup at five (2 hours away) on the location on 17th St. The only thing that I can say positively about BaseCamp is the people at the print shop - yet the prints still were flawed and had to be printed six times.

Base camp is a step above the regular old print shop. Amazing customer service! Amazing attention to detail. Incredibly professional. Design team is so talented. And the owner Raj really goes the extra mile to help projects get to the finish line! I've been a very satisfied customer for almost 10 years. We have ordered street signs, a frames, brochures, stationary, swag & t-shirts. Don't go anywhere else!

Raj uses Ricky the squatter outside cvs the one who blast his music and annoy the whole community of 17. He used Ricky for cheap labor. Makes that old man lift heavy boxes for him and uses him for cheap labor. It’s disgusting the way raj uses that homeless man to help him like that in return for little tip.In return Ricky like a leach has hold on to staying on that block play his loud music as raj let him steal electricity from his store so if anyone who was asking why Ricky always is there is because of this quote on quote specialBond between Ricky and raj of base camp. The city council member have been alerted on this ad they are trying to find a way to stop Ricky from playing his music and staying in that area. Raj of base camp is responsible for the first quality of 17 street going downhill

Another level of quality at BaseCamp for the printing, paper, format and notably for the service!! I highly recommend them. Raj and Kevin were out of this world finishing my job in the very last minute on a great mood and fast speed. I ended up here after being mistreated at FedEx 14th & P, luckily I found them!! Don't go anywhere else, come here.

This place is great. I reached out in need of printing some high-quality photos. They turned around beautiful prints in less than 24 hours. Incredibly responsive via email and a seamless process. Will definitely be back for posters and t-shirts. Great customer service and great value.

I had my wedding invitations, place cards and signs all done at basecamp. They are efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. Could not recommend more!

I'm surprised by all of the glowing reviews, as my experience was quite different. I placed an order 3+ months ago for a banner with very detailed instructions, finished artwork, etc. From the start Raj seemed to have a hurried "yeah yeah no problem" type of attitude and I didn't get the impression he was that detail oriented. Of course the banner came out 2" too short (so it won't fit on my already mounted hardware). That was 2+ months ago, and I never heard from him until I followed up to check on the status a month ago, when I got an excuse that the material was out of stock. I've emailed him twice since then and have gotten no response.

This place was open when the FedEx office up the street was not. The staff answered the phone and answered my question about their services. In the store the staff were super friendly and attentive. They provided the service I needed quickly. So glad they are in the neighborhood!
