The worst reception at the front desk ever! No one was there by the time I arrived on my appointment. One of them talked me behind the glass and I couldn't even hear anything. The other lady came after I waited for a while. She didn't even greeting. A very rude people working in there that I observed during my visit.

Absolute waste of time. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 1:45 appointment, and I still hadn’t been seen by 2:25 when I gave up and left. Front desk was unapologetic and did not seem to care. I have never, EVER, waited so long to receive any kind of medical attention. Stay far away.

I called and got an appointment, showed my confirmation but was rejected in the reception. Very little service minded or helpful receptionist.

Just called in for an appointment, the staff was so rude and hung up immediately. I tried to callback, but no one picked up the phone.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm for an annual physical. I was not taken into a room until 1:30pm. While on the room at 2pm waiting to be seen by a doctor , I received an email of the summary of my visit. Wait wait a second .. how can there be notes and recommendations of my visit when I have not been seen by a doctor. When asked about the summary sent , I was told “it must be a mix up”. In addition, I am here for an annual physical but I’m sitting in this room fully clothed with my shoes on at 2:26pm still waiting for a doctor. I have not been asked to put on a gown or anything. I am in RM 3 with the door open inhaling someone’s lunch of French fries

I've been going here for a simple chronic condition and they take good care of me when Medstar ignored me. Both doctors I've seen were great. They are also easy to make appointments with. I highly recommend them for primary care. I don't understand the bad reviews.
