They cant print a blueprint in the same day

I will say that I needed a last minute blueprint print job and they were super quick to help out. The bad news is the prints were on all different weights of paper. Some were so thick it was like cardboard others were very thin. Also when I unrolled the prints I saw that some weren't even in color it looked as if they ran out of color ink. Others only had part of blueprint printed. The total cost was over $400. I asked for a partial refund because I could have had these printed by FedEx for $15 each. I was told there would be a refund and I asked for a receipt and was told I'd get one but it's been days and day and the end of the company credit card cycle hit so I have to just let it go. I would avoid this place if you want quality prints.

I have used them several times for timely printing services for large banners, but their customer service , in person, needs A LOT of work. One of the employees, possibly an owner, is very frantic. It took over 20 min for someone to Even speak and welcome me, even though they saw me in the waiting area. Not to Mention they told Me to come pick up my banner in the evening, I'm here at 5:30 they close at 6, and He's shooing at me with his hands walking back and forth and frantically saying he's so busy and he's not done. I wouldn't mind waiting, but at least check in and tell me a time frame and communicate vs talking about how stressed he is IN FRONT OF THE CONSUMER as if I'mA burden and just in the way. In totality They were just very rude, and it was honestly unexpected knowing how much I have supported and care to support black businesses.

This is a family business that I was honored to do business with! I was honored to meet the parents of the brains of operations. They gave me very prominent services. Always meet my expectations and deadlines at a pin head of a notice! Dedicated to their customers needs and service. All of the work that Digital Solutions has done for me was emaculous! Digital Solutions will always be my go to for my posters, flyers, banners and so for! I love the clean and friendly atmosphere. They are very courteous, with very good customer service. They are truly dedicated in pleasing their customers!!! I truly love Digital Solutions & Mr. DARYL for all that you have done for me and my business!! THIS SHOP IS THE BEST EVER!!!! I was in need of 36 shirts at the last minute for my daughters school dance team and they got the job done! The price was great and the staff was super courteous, I felt like I was around family. They have earned a customer for life!

SERIOUSLY!!! Do not use this company. Just to make this short, I had to wait 2 hours after promised time, twice, to pick up my shirts. Then when I picked them up, 5 out of 30 of them weren’t sellable and I didn’t feel like I needed to check all 30 after checking the first 10. THENNNN, I give them another shot and they tell me I would have to wait two days because they ran out of ink! LASTLY, one employee told me for that reason I could bring my shirts the following day and have them done. When I come in, he wasn’t here and I was told that they couldn’t do same day even though am representative from their business called me and reassured me that I could.They promised me that I could depend on them after looking for so many places and all it’s done is make me look bad as I am just starting my business. I tried to support my people in their family owned business but this has caused me nothing but an headache and looking bad as a business owner. Go to people that are interested in making your vision come to life and keep their promises, as a “professional business”.AND from the looks, they are probably writing their own reviews. Disappointing.

Awesome print shop in a great location. As a business owner, I have used A Digital Solutions for business cards, fliers, promotional graphic design, and banners. Staff is friendly, professional, and offer prompt services. Highly recommended!!!! NO JOB TOO BIG OR SMALL - Always willing to help.
