Once I went for a UberEat pickup order and dropped my wallet, they immediately contacted Uber service and had them call me, thus I was able to get my wallet exactly the way I had left. Thanks to their consideration.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Got there before close and doors were already locked and staff just watched us and told us they weren’t willing to provide service- even though we arrived before business hours closed. Very unprofessional!!!!

I ordered a strawberry crème liqueur that is supposed to be pink and I got the correct bottle but it was a brown liquid, I tasted it anyway thinking it was a different flavor but it made me sick to my stomach, I called to get credit or a refund but the guy said that’s how all the bottles are and he can’t do anything for me, he doesn’t understand that all the bottles are brown because they have gone bad, look at the picture it is supposed to be pink liquid it’s strawberry, I used to drink it all the time

All of my experiences here have been very pleasant. They have a really nice selection of just about everything. Most notable are the bitters! They have just about every kind of bitters you can think of. Staff has been pleasant during all of my visits. Helpful without being pushy. Prices are pretty reasonable for DC. Some bottles are better deals than others but worth checking out regardless.
I've not checked out their wine selection so can't speak to that but can say that their liquor selection is worth checking out.

In town for some vaca. Stopped in here several times during our stay. Selection for wine etc is awesome. After my purchase today, I spoke with the owner, and stated that this is one of the finest customer service driven places I have been recently. Every employee is over the top willing to help out from finding a product to carrying it to the counter for you. Definitely recommend!!!

A good selection of liquor but don't buy any wine from them. I bought a very expensive bottle of vintage champagne as a birthday gift for my husband. It turned out to be corked due to improper storage so I took it in. They offered nothing, owner took my number and claimed he would contact the distributor but I never heard from him. They sold me damaged goods and I'm out $300 for an undrinkable bottle.

This is the best example I've ever seen of a whisky museum. If you're a whisky fan, like I am, you will find these prices offensive and will never return. Some examples --1. Weller antique 107 for 500 dollars. I believe this is 60 msrp and secondary is usually 100-170, so this is 3x SECONDARY prices!2. Springbank 10 for 190 (should be 120 max) The list goes on. It's just a museum...fun to look at crazy rare bottles, but prices are offensive. However if you're a billionaire, and really want a crazy bottle (Hibiki 21) and are willing to pay prices that are double secondary, go for it....does this business model work??
