The Home Depot across the street even recommends coming to Goody’s for certain services. If that doesn’t tell you how good this spot is, idk what to tell you.

Never met this man before but this gentleman deserves a promotion at Harbor Freight or any job. Plain and simple Dave displayed phenomenal support. “Wow! When I entered the showroom, I thought I died, and went to bathroom heaven. Their showroom is better than my entire house! The only thing better than the showroom, though, was their customer service. The receptionist, Sherleen, is outstanding! She is courteous, professional, and personable. The girl is an absolute gem. Whatever they're paying her is not enough! Don't buy her coffee, or a pizza lunch, give her a raise. Show me the money! The sales associate, Dariluz, was no less superior. She was helpful, efficient, and very amenable. In fact, she does the work of two people. She's is competently bilingual, as was Sherleen, and they should be appropriately, and significantly compensated. Show me the money! Employers should pay for these skills, that are highly sougt after. Finally, Terry, at the parts counter was friendly, and a wizard at attention to detail, with a wicked sense of humor. You can tell he enjoys his job. BENDER should feel fortunate to have these incredible employees representing them. If you require any further details of my visit, just call me. I'm not hard to find, and I'm even harder to forget. Thank you.”

I asked some technical questions to Timothy, the president of The Nutty Company and he quickly and thoroughly answered my questions.They were basic 101 questions that he probably hears 10 times a day but it was important to me. “You wouldn't think this place has what you need cause they are so small. Believe it or not, every time I go their for some odd ball random thing, they have it!! I needed a golf cart key made, went to 4 other places that looked at me like i had 2 heads before i remembered they made keys, they had it done in like 2 minutes. Always a pleasure going there, very friendly staff, fast, definitely recommend!”

“I am so pleased with this company. The customer service is top notch. Knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered a $500 dry tile saw and was nervous because I wasn't familiar with the saw nor Contractors Direct. They hooked me up with a rep from the saw manufacturer for Q&A which alleviated my concerns with the saw, and gave me confidence in the company. I received the saw quickly and in perfect condition. Not only was the price fantastic, but so is the saw!! Moving forward, I will look to purchase from here first before any of the brick and mortar stores.”

“Very nice place. They did not have the part I need it which was more or less a factory part anyway but they had suggestions of where else I could go to get it. They even looked it up and gave me a telephone number to Call. Pre knowledgeable people would you don't always find at the counter of parts stores. It appeared as if prices were reasonable there as the things I had seen.”

Every attempt to cross-reference the part in the manual hit a dead end as the machine is ancient.I found the Parker Store in a search for a replacement hose. Grabbed the hose and hopped in the truck. Gordon took the blown hose and had a new one ready for me in minutes while I waited.Great operation, great service, and local! I can't say enough good things about this store.”

We have to order online, bc where we live you can pay an arm and a leg for those materials. We needed some materials fast. And had ordered on Friday at 2am, we expected it to ship out Monday. However, thank you to Grand Brass, it was shipped out Friday. Order arrived Monday at my place before 12pm. We completed 3 projects already and today is Wed. Website easy to use, prices are very reasonable. Shipping is fast!!! We order few times a month, so I would definitely recommend this company! My go to. Thank you again!!!!”
