I have been using PC Development Group for all of my small business computer/PC, laptop, and all other possible electronic needs that I can possibly think of. Stan, Jon, and Donovan are who I typically deal with. Without going on and on, all I can say is that they will forever have my business. As a young, newer business owner, I needed computer and IT support from a trustworthy source in order to be successful. They have gained that trust, to a point where I don't have to worry about a thing- I know it will be handled. I will continue recommend them to anyone and everyone! Great help and customer service with Donovan. He worked to resolve a Microsoft issue. We also discussed my considering a new lap top but he never tried to do a hard sell. Great job and reasonable cost. Thank you!

We use them to manage all our firms software and hardware. turnkey service...if we have a problem (which is rare due to their proactive services) all we do is call or text and they jump right on it. and when downtime is expensive, that is a critical service. From Server maintenance to install of an access point, they can do it all. I cannot recommend them strongly enough, 5 stars seems too low.

The repair shop I previously used went out of business. Found PC Development Group on the internet, impressed with their website, so went in to talk with them. Was impressed and decided when I needed a shop, they would be the one. My old computer (9 yrs!) started having problems so purchased a refurbished one from them. Great service and the data transfer was flawless.

Great service. Had a mother board replaced. There were some issues. They handled the issues and did not charge us again. We have been doing business here for years. I would highly recommend them if you are having any issues with your PC.
