I was having a serious issue with the hot water coming out of a 5 month old water heater. The company that installed it was stumped and suggested I get the water tested. I brought a cold and hot water same to Envirotech. Maryellen DiLuzio took one look at the hot water sample and said I probably had an issue with a magnesium anode rod in the tank. Testing the water proved her right and convinced the plumbing company to install a new water heater at no charge, with a high tech electronic anode device. Mystery solved and problem is gone.I can't thank Maryellen enough. Getting the water tested (Fast! Got the result in 3 days), and getting access Maryellen's expert knowledge was money well spent.I'll probably get the water tested again in a couple of months just to make sure the new tank is running clean.

I have been bringing home well water samples here for 21 years. Always polite, professional, and rapid complete reports. I typically test the well every four or five years so I have been pleased every time.

This lab and the people who work there are the best! I collected and delivered a water sample for my well, which had not been test in awhile. I had questions about how to go about collecting the water sample and they were very nice and helpful. The turn around time on my water results was very quick. I had results emailed to me 24 hours after dropping off my sample. When I called with a few questions they explained the results so I understood them. Would highly recommend this laboratory!

Maryellen and Steve were extremely helpful in explaining what was going on with the water test results from my mom's well. Her house had been vacant for a few months and we needed a water sample as part of the real estate closing. They explained how to get a valid sample from the tap and turned around the sample results super fast. Thank you folks very much. Highly recommended!
