Be careful! Check your receipt before leave the store! They charge you twice and then they do not want to return your money.

The woman working here was so kind! She was helpful and cheerful! The prices are exorbant, which is what kept it from 5 stars.

I wish this store sold local connecticut-made products… if I wanted syrup from Vermont I’d go to Vermont or any grocery store.. ? please consider supporting local small businesses.

I was in the store yesterday and purchased a small bag of M&ms for just about $4. I was asked if I wanted “buy a snack for servicemen”. In the basket were a bunch of granola bars. I don’t pay attention. To the charge because I thought probably a couple bucks. When I looked at my receipt I see that I was charged $4.50 for that one granola bar. How is this a win for anyone other than the merchant. For $4.50 I could buy the servicemen an entire box of granola bars. This is such a scam to increase the merchants sales with an exorbitant mark up. If the merchant cared about getting snacks to servicemen they would do it at cost. This is clearly a scam for the merchants benefit.

The Employees here were completely unprofessional. There were three of them at the register and one guy was sitting off to the side and they were all chit chatting about sex, latex condoms and women being allergic to them and all other inappropriate conversations you could have at an airport store in front of customers. The guy even dropped the N* bomb a few times and I was so embarrassed to be in there. Just completely trash. The girl ringing me out literally kept her sexually explicit conversation going while she was ringing me up, she didn't skip a beat and didn't bother to say hi, or tell her co-workers to hold on or to say anything to me that a normal cashier would say to a customer. Will not go here again, especially if I see these clowns in there. This is the store near the A-5 gate.

Scammers. Do not donate anything to this business. They rip you off the con artist woman working there charged me $8 for an invisible beef jerky to support the military. She neglected to tell me how much it was and charged me anyways and refused a refund.

I bought a pink sleeveless Connecticut t shirt here, the price tag said 16.99 it rang up as 9.99.. I thought it was a good deal, but then I felt guilty, not guilty enough to tell the cashier however. Thanks for the deal. Otherwise the drink prices are too high.

Totally taking advantage of "Supporting Our Troops"... They ask every customer if they would like to support the military. Of course I'm assuming a vast majority will always support our military. They ask what product after and you choose between a bag of pistachios and a protein bar... Sounds great but they are charging every customer ridiculous retail rates due to being in the airport. I can't stand this marketing. This company sounds like they are being so patriotic, but really all it is is an angle to puff up their retail sales. Hope someone from corporate would reach out and or change your policy to COST or matching dollar for dollar in product if it's really for our military and not just your bottom line. My little bag of pistachios was $5.29 I donated today. Would rather give the money straight to our hero's instead of a dozen or two pistachios.
