Horrible service, pathological liars. Continue to send my packages to wrong address. When called they promise to get the package to me and call me back with an update. Neither of those things ever happen.

Not happy about my carrier being rude to my kid or my neighbors kid. That's just uncalled for. Always with the earbuds in. They fly down my street which is bad enough but there's also a school on my street. I'm not getting my mail and when I do I'm still getting my parents mail even after supposably they fixed it. But more recently I had important documents to go out and it's sat in my mail box for two days I have up and walked to the post box down my street. I've never been so frustrated with this kinda of thing before. They don't bother reading the name on the box. They just throw it in there and call it a day. And trying to get someone on the phone forget it.

Not happy all around with their service. It's been 2 months with a broken mailbox. Consumer Affairs started ignoring my emails and calls. Had to make a new claim. The supervisor is trying to be helpful. The carrier of course is claiming our mailbox was like that for awhile...yes we always have a pole duck taped to our post and bent box✔ Unfortunately their always trying to get out of anything specially missing packages ? Hopefully they will surprise me and take ownership of this.

Unpleasant, unprofessional postal employees. Way too often wrong mail is delivered with no satisfaction from "supervisors". Was treated extremely rudely when trying to get passports. Had to go to another Post Office in another town. It's a shame residents need to put up with this office.

DO NOT go here to get your passport photos taken. Passport applications for both myself and my son were rejected twice for the low quality and non-compliant photos taken at this location. Just went to CVS and they took our photos for a cheaper price and with a program that verifies the photo will be accepted. I'm out $30 and 2 months time.

If you want a package delivered to your address, good luck with that. You'll have to drive out and pick up items yourself. If you're paying for an amazon prime membership, that also sucks for you - you still have to drive out and pick up packages. If you want something delivered to your address, use FedEx. They don't mark your packages as, “held for pickup†because of the rain. Although, even on a clear, sunny day, USPS probably still won't be able to deliver your packages. Useless.

Scheduled a pick up like I had done so many times before only this time no one bothered to pick up my packages. I called to see what was going on and got hung up on.

Dee the Supervisor is the most rudest women ever, completely cut my off. I asked her a question that was noted on the delivery status She says "I have no idea what your talking about, we wouldn't put that". Completely out right rude! Listen to your customer next time and stop cutting people off!

As a older person, I am very disappointed with the United States Postal Service, it is not what it used to be. It is my opinion that they have become very unreliable. My mail is either constantly lost, mishandled, left in someone else's mailbox???? I spoke to an elderly friend this morning and she has not received cards I have mailed to her over the past two months so it seems obvious that either her mail carrier is making mistakes or, the carrier who picked up those items from my mail box to be sent out, lost them or....???? This has been an ongoing problem for quite some time and if people take the time to do a little research, they'd find that this is happening in many areas. One woman asked a good question regarding this problem, "doe the post office still test people before hiring them and those that are hired, can they read??" Both seem to be very valid questions. This morning I tried to call the post office at 28 Main St. in Chicopee, MA to report the problem my elderly friend is having with her mail. I called four times between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., I let the phone ring and ring and ring and ring....No one ever answered!! It's hard to believe that people in a work environment are TOO BUSY to answer a phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same old USPS. Employees here are always nice to me and I never had any problems. I even had one of them help me get my packages when I was shipping alot of stuff out.

Some of the friendliest postal workers I've ever been in contact with. My only complaint would be the poor lobby design, which causes the long lines to back out the doors, but what can you do? Its a small price to pay for great service.
