It's bad enough while in THEIR parking lot one of THEIR carts hits my car causing over $500.00 in damage. It's how the situation was handled. The lack of customer service was amazing. At first their concern was very efficient. Notes, picture taking. Then nothing. No calls, just blew me off. I certainly don't have to go to a dirty drab out of date store to take my elderly mother shopping. Lost a valuable customer.

Stop and Shop on Jordan lane is always mess. I've been going to that store for 20 years........it's convenient but I find myself going to other grocery stores now. The Seafood area always smells like ammonia.....................so sad.

I went the the bakery section and asked an associate if he could sell me a bowl of the strawberry sauce that they put on the cheesecakes. I have bought this item at this location and at the Rockyhill location aswell. The guy said that he didnt know and asked a co-worker. Her name was Mediha, she was VERY rude. She said that she cant sell it. I then told her that i have bought this item there before. She insisted and then the guy who was working with her said "just give it to him, be thankful" i did not like this at all. She then went and gave me a bowl of it without a label with the price. She said that she couldnt print it for me that the cashiers could figure it out. I am very dissapointed with these associates and this location. NEVER going to come back here again.

I used the floral department for my wedding flowers and have to say I was so impressed with how beautiful they came out. Dina and the team are so nice and keep me in the loop on everything. I would highly recommend using them and it was very cost effective. Thank you!

Granted, its January. but I've now been to this Stop & Shop two times and their organic produce section is withering -- literally. Its really pathetic. I also went into there for grass fed meats, as I've seen them at other Stop & Shops, and they do not carry them. Their all natural meats were limited to just chicken. It was a clean store, and their seafood department was well stocked. I can't say I'll return, though, as they don't carry enough of the foods I'm looking for.

This location is right next to Walmart in Wethersfield. You can see ut from route 91, I believe you would take exit 23 to get there off 91. I like this location. Great selection, clean and well staffed. I have found that during the week you can move around and get things done rapidly without any difficulty. I do like the Gluten Free options here too.

very clean, good prices and now offering a very large organic/gluten free/health section next to deli area, cant go wrong. if you go to another stop and shop and compare prices, this one is always the least expensive.
