Do not return calls or respond to online requests. Supposedly LG authorized repair but won't respond to acknowledge if they do microwaves. Should be removed by LG.

I brought my mom's TV about 7yrs ago and it's still the last TV,the screen was black and the sound completely left but you could see some shadows and shading we actually thought about this junk in it and get a new one but I stumble up against this place when I was eating hibachi once in the area and the guy was phenomenal great Obviously he must do great work because when I walked in there were TVs everywhere getting fixed and I really thought it was gonna be more than 250 I think he only charged me like $75,and I'm going back this week sometime for another repair for a different ? .

Roche TV Service was assigned by LG to repair my tv. It was a pleasure to finally get an “old school” business that was nothing but professional from the start. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

My tv stopped working, was under warranty, Don was amazing and very professional, got the new panel replaced and TV back up and running in less then 10 days. Would highly recommend for TV issues.

Called about 10 times, every other day and no response. Roche had come to our home and fixed our Mitsubishi about 6 years ago. Now can't be bothered to return my calls

I brought my TV in for repair on 2/26/2020 & as of this date today 1/4/2021 I have NOT received it back. Very poor communications with the business, never return calls, never there. When I dropped it off for repair I was told 2 weeks tops, well it's 11 months later & nothing & no communications from business at all. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP !!!! I can go on & on but not worth my time, I wasted enough time with this so called "repair shop". Of course when the business see's my "review" they will say it's my fault like they said about others that write a "review". Go anywhere else but this repair shop, you'll be much better off & you'll get your TV back.
