WE ARE SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED BY JAY AND HIS PROFESSIONALISM AND TIMELINESS!! My daughter’s car’s muffler became very loud last night as she was driving. I called Pops Exhaust at 10:30 this morning, was told to bring the car down for them to look at, but it might not be something they could get done today. 20 mins after dropping her car off, she got a call letting her know that they had looked at the car, diagnosed a few issues and suggested that they fix the issue with the muffler and that the other issue could wait for now. They didn’t try to overcharge her just to make money and were straight up about what needed fixing today to make the car run better and not sound loud. 2 hours after my initial call, her car was fixed and ready to go!! I can guarantee you that we will be back with all of our cars for future fixings! Thank you so much Pops!!

About a year ago I had my exhaust custom built at this location and i ABSOLUTELY LOVED the outcome. Recently I noticed my exhaust tip cracked (cannot stress this enough- it wasnt their fault the part was most likely bad. there was no way for them to tell during installation because it looked perfect). When i called back a year later they got me in the next day to fix it. They not only fixed it in less than 30 minutes, but recommended a new tip shape and allowed me to get something that looks more appealing than my original choice. ALL FOR NO CHARGE, even though i picked a different tip! the man who helped me (heard that hes normally at the middletown location), was unbelievably kind and helpful. I love this place and will always recommend it

Great customer service, I have been there a few times and always a great experience, the last time I got tires for my daughters car and I brought the car to them right before they closed I didn’t think they would have time to do it but Chris got his team together and like a NASCAR pit crew they did it so quick “Amazing “ and thank you to Jay for the great price on the tires He really makes you feel like part of the family!

WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I was concerned about my cars exhaust and the service I was provided over the phone and in person was top notch! Every single person in the shop was knowledgeable, transparent & not money hungry . It’s places like Pops exhaust that give the automotive companies a good name and a sense of trust to keep you coming back for anything else they service. I left very satisfied, like a little kid with a new toy ?

I called the place for a muffler delete to a straight pipe with a beauty of a exhaust tip at 10am, got an apt at 1pm and was out the door by 230pm they were amazingly fast, they also let me know that there was a problem before they did it, they could’ve just done the delete and took my money but they didn’t they are fair and honest I would recommend this place to anyone trying to get a lil more sound on there car or the opposite if your exhaust is broken. Thank you again to all the techs and employees.
