I’ve been to 2 other BevMax stores that are wonderful. This one is far from it. I gave them two chances at this store and they disappointed me greatly both times.I was the only customer in the store. There were at least two people working there. They stayed at the cash register area the whole time I was there. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and offer me help. That never happened. Finally when I did ask for help, they actually couldn’t even help me. They just told me what I already knew which was that the wine I was looking for wasn’t there. I asked what similar ones they had after describing the wines I was looking for. They had no idea. They just repeated it what I was looking for was not there.I left and went up the street and found one of the wines I was looking for. In a much smaller store. Go figure.
