I took my 2017 Nissan altima to Crash Championss Collision Repair in West Haven CT and they did the worst job on my car than any other auto body shop I’ve been in. I went there 3 times to fix this issue with my front car bumper and they ended up giving me aftermarket bumper. This is how they gave me my car after repairs and they did nothing all they said was that it’s my insurance company that didn’t want to pay for the parts they even broke my key fob it going to cost $500 plus dollars to get a new one that they're going to pay. And also damage my gear shift , and they put a rainbow colored headlights which they also blame my insurance company and I had State Farm, State Farm never gave me issues in the past with paying for my repairs. Be careful this place will scam you and put used car parts on your car that won’t match your cars make and model and make your insurance premiums cost higher. And damage your car more than when you brought it to Crash Champion collision. And this is an update the people at Crash Champions comment at the botton of my post saying they going to fix the issue when they didn't. That's why this auto body shop is getting sued. Be careful people look around before trusting your cars with Crash Champions.

Very pleased with the repair and customer service. Wayne did a excellent job. I was happy with the quality of his work. I was a little concerned about the color match up and the length of time it would take for the repair to be completed. I was actually surprised when he called and said it's ready. The receptionist was awesome she answered ALL of my questions on top of questions. I appreciate her kindness and working with me as well. Oh and my car was washed tires and all!! Great job Wayne. Thank you

They did an excellent job at fixing my vehicle. Only problem was that they broke the arm rest inside my vehicle at some point and refused to acknowledge it or fix it. Gave them a two star because of that.

The owner, Steve, is absolutely rude and nasty and they are absolutely clueless as a staff. I wouldn’t bring anything there.

I was in an accident in December. Finally got through to the insurance company who sent me here. They walked outside and was like nope we can't help you. Seriously?!?!?! Didn't even try to look at it and see if they could fix it or anything

Brought my truck in after getting side swept and they didn’t fix my tailgate correctly. Going back the next day they claimed that’s the best they were able to do. Now I have no tailgate so my truck is useless since now it’s a safety issue if I have anything in the back. Insurance gave them a good budget but they did the hack job under the budget so they can claim the benefits. Go somewhere else.

Picked up my car today and had to do a few double takes...
My car honestly looks newer than when I bought it from the dealer!
Great job guys. Will definitely come back if I need help again!
PS. Do you guys also do custom work too?
Thinking of getting an inverter installed.

They were terrible bad experience one of the clerk had mm wrong paper work wrong name told me he couldn’t fix my car, came up with a lots of excuses and but’s hopefully my insurance company never send me there again . there was another gentleman his insurance company sent him to Crash Campions the clerk told him he wasn’t taking anymore claims because he was booked.I saw with my own eyes that he wasn’t, it was so frustrating hope other customers see or don’t go thru what I went thru wasted my morning

Good quality work, I was worried my door would not match due to the different color and it was matched exact. I had an accident, Crash Champions in West Haven, CT was recommended by my insurance company. The body work they did was excellent but the insurance company timed the repair to take 21 days. In fact it took 44 days. I had to return my auto rental after 28 days so I had no car. Every time I called to ask when my car would be done they said probably Thursday or Friday!! They failed to reconnect my battery cable correctly and my car failed to start 4 days after getting it back. I will never recommend this business!Karen McGarry

I’m very disappointed with the work they did. I had to get a new bumper the first one they put on did not fit properly took it back after having my car for over five weeks and it’s still not fixed right. Anthony was a good guy until I found out my bumper wasn’t put on properly and then he gave me a whole attitude. If it was his car, he would want his car fixed the proper way, taking shortcuts is not the way you do professional business..

Went in for an estimate today. The girl at the counter was friendly and tried to help. She called a representative over the phone and asked to give an estimate. He was quick to say " he has to make an appointment ". I explained that I had the day off and this would be the only available time I had. The car had a simply scratch and wouldn't require a lot of time estimating the damage. Not friendly staff. I would never recommend this body shop. Who ever the man was in the next room is a complete idiot.
