Joe was very professional, communicative, prompt, and reasonably priced. He replaced a charging port on my older laptop within about 24 hours and replaced the thermal paste and cleaned the internals as a courtesy. Very nice guy. He works out of his home, so this address is correct.

Joe could not be more responsive or kind. He returned my request for an appointment in minutes and arrived the next morning as promised. We had the computer back the same night and, when the monitor was acting up he came right over to work on it until it was up and running.
