I logged on to write a horrible review of the branch at Bishop's Corner to alert people and saw the other ones, so I will just add another. I went to withdraw money on Friday afternoon. I had to wait online in a small bank with no air conditioning on a hot and humid day. Because of the size of the space I could easily overhear the transactions at the windows and none of the people who were working there seemed competent or empathetic. When I approached to withdraw my money, I was told that I would not be able to and that I needed to call to withdraw above a certain amount of money that I had been saving to make a purchase and therefore my back account could easily cover. For me, it was not the information, but it was the condescending, of course you should have known this tone, the clear disgust of needing to deal with a customer, and the lack of any offered solution. While waiting on line, others started complaining that this woman with the tone was walking around and not helping customers. I was the one who was defending her. Clearly a mistake. I was so hot because of the broken AC and irritated at having to see other treated so poorly and now myself, I went to another branch where I and the other customers were treated with respect across town and I got my money. I have loved my interactions with the wonderful people at LaSalle Rd, New Britain Ave, and Farmington Ave in Hartord. It is not Webster. It is this branch. STAY STAY STAY AWAY. Apparently, they don't have money there, so why go?

Since merging I've been locked out of my account; Calls to the Help line, put me a 30 minutes each day. Friday, Saturday I was able to get help. Sunday they hung up twice. When I accessed my account on Monday, I was unable to download my statements. Speaking to the help line made me realize that there were a Non Help line.

Since merging with legacy 6/2023 I'm locked out of my account. Checked with fellow Webster bankers who are experiencing the same issue. Changing banks ASSP !!

Awful customer service, was treated awfully. Could not even open a simple bank account here. They do not know what they’re doing.

If I hand you my license have enough respect to hand it back and not throw it back. Whoever that black male employee is, you need to to be retrained on how to provide RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There's no way for tellers to know when someone is at the drive through.. I've tried pushing the button.. beeping.. its freezing cold outside and I have an infant that I'd rather not haul outside. This has happened multiple times now. Now I just adjust my day to go to another drive through

Awful customer service and high fees make this the worst bank ever!!! Honestly I wish I could leave just half a star. I'm switching to TD Bank in a heartbeat!!! I've been with them for several months and all they do is take out fees!!! And some of their bank people are real snobby and have a terrible attitude!!!
