By far the most pleasant experience I have had dealing with anyone or any place within the wireless industry. Jose and Julian are true professionals and both went above and beyond to assist me, even at a time when they should have been more concerned with packing up and going home. Kudos, gentlemen. T-Mobile, if you are reading, give these guys a raise, they are true assets to your company.

Customer service is exceptional at this location!! Unfortunately, my old I phone 6 would not turn on as the battery needed to be replaced and I had to buy a new I phone.The entire staff worked together so well and they were able to successfully transfer all my photos and videos from my old phone to the new one I purchased.Special shout out and thanks to Julien, Jose, Eric and Chris! They truly provided exceptional customer service! They all gave me the best advice and they all worked together to help me get my new I phone set up just in time before the Holidays!!

We’ve been with Tmobile for several years now and they are AWESOME! Ask for Oly when you go in, he helped upgrade four phones and doesn't sell what you don't need. He takes the stress out of upgrading and made it a fun experience! Highly recommend!!

I went into the store to get some resolution for a billing issue. that I had tried to resolve on the phone for two months.One of the in-store customer service reps, Leroy, was extremely helpful. He listened to my problem and when he wasn't able to get to the bottom of the issue himself, he took the next step to call the T-Mobile customer service line for employees. Leroy patiently explained the issue to the T-Mobile person and stayed on the line until he confirmed that it had been resolved and my bill was lowered.I really appreciate Leroy's professionalism, patience and kindness - he renewed my faith in T-Mobile!

Absolute horrible experience with the two women who work there. Cussed out by one in Spanish and told if we didn't like the service, we should go to another store. This was because she made the same error multiple times and when we suggested that they call someone for help, she got super defensive. Seemingly she was overwhelmed because she's new and was left on her own with 3 other customers in the store. Took 1 full week for my phone line to work after she messed it up. Had to work with TMobile customer service over multiple days and had my ticket escalated to their IT department in order to keep my original number after the West Hartford store messed up the porting process so horrendously. Will never go here again. We've already filed a complaint with customer service about this store so hopefully more training and better services can be offered. My very first time with TMobile off to a horrible start.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were three female employees working and they were all super unprofessional. None of them were able to help me in upgrading to a new phone after I spent an hour in the store. They were all having side conversations in front of me and were more interested in what they were going to order for lunch than helping me. All of them were answering their personal phones for FaceTimes and phone calls. I still cannot believe I wasted an hour of my Saturday in the store and left with nothing. I don't understand how there were three employees "working" and I was the only customer in the store and I was still unable to accomplish what I entered the store for.So disappointing.

If you’re looking to switch service, buy 4 new phones and feel like you’re inconveniencing the two girls working-this is the place for you!! I came in-wasn’t greeted, when I finally approached them with questions they acted like they couldn’t believe I was talking to them. I left. Went to the Southington store and wow. What a difference. Don’t bother with this location. They’re ghetto, and don’t want to help you.

I've been there to upgrade my phone. There is a young man who likes to argue with the customers rather then helping them. I'd definitely advise to avoid that store.
