Hired me on the spot for a full-time position as a styling coordinator assistant. Should’ve seen that as a sign. General manager was barely active (I rarely saw her), and the assistant manager had numerous complaints of racism and treating associate staff rudely. Severely understaffed as a result of poor treatment. Left after a week because it’s really not that deep and this is old navy, and she acted like she was selling hand sew designer clothes made of rare fabric.

Love this Old Navy. It's a lot bigger than the Southbury and Shops and Farmington. Ton of selection for plus size gals.

Just know when they say "women's plus available in this store", they mean that a few styles will have one 2x available. If that's what you are going for, don't get your hopes up.

I had a terrible experience this morning at your location. While I was watched also followed while shopping it was very uncomfortable and the bad thing about it they didn't care if I saw them. I will never shop there again. I watch other people shop freely. If I didn't have money I wouldn't have been shopping there. I can't count the many years I have shop at Old Navy.thing watching. I will never return to this store again. I wouldn't shopping there if I didn't have money to shop.

Crowded areas with racks making it difficult to maneuver around people. Cashier wasn't very friendly.

Customer service was awesome. The young man I spoke to was very polite and understanding. Came picked up my order that was ready and had order an other same item mins apart and I asked if he can get me the other item also and he did with such great attitude and his personality was awesome, wish there was more people like him❤️ I didn’t get his name but it was about 11:50am on 2/28 . West Hartford curbside

I used to LOVE Old Navy. I don’t know when everything changed, whether it was the store…or me. I was just pulling in to the long driveway that leads to Old Navy, I said to my child, “Old Navy has been in the same location forEVER.” Just then, I looked up at am empty building. They’d moved! We found the new location, just down the street, but Child nor I could figure out the layout of the merchandise. Random, boring clothes all over the place.

I love Old Navy but as of late, their staff is a bit lackluster. It is hit or miss. Some days they are great and others it seems like you are showing up at their house and waking them up in the middle of the night asking them to cook you a four course meal! In other words, they seem put out. If you go in off peak times it could be better. But the clothes are always a good deal!
