I bought five small house plants here two and a half months ago. 3/5 died after two months.
When I brought them back seeking some assistance, I was met with a deeply unpleasant and condescending staff member who blamed me and my wife for lack of care despite us following their recommended care & watering guidance. If it were a care issue, one would think that all of them would have died.
Ironically, we have other plants from this nursery that are thriving - along with houseplants plants from Costco, Lowes, Ikea, and even Walmart; all of which are of equal quality at significantly lower price points.
After this experience, we won't be shopping here again. Other negative reviews seem to share in this sentiment, so caveat emptor.

Thank you, Kathi, for working with me to design floral arrangements for my father’s funeral earlier this month. Sometimes, flowers are just flowers, but these were really special - we personalized them just for him. They looked absolutely beautiful at his services. They held up well, too. I highly recommend Moscarillo’s floral department.

Bought some annual flowers that had active mealy bugs underside the leaves, two days after purchase I brought back to exchange under their “guarantee”. The front end women were more than unpleasant and unwilling to help. Bad customer service can loose you a lot of business, especially in this retail climate and this specialty market. We usually shop this location, albeit their higher price point, because they have a great selection; but will have to rethink this place. Note: manager stepped in to accommodate a return and ended up spending twice as much on another selection of flowers.

Great quality plants, in general, but you can really only shop here if money is no object.
I needed a very specific cultivar of lilac and they were out of it at the nursery I would normally use. The retail list price for that plant there was $42. At Moscarillo’s I paid $140. The plant was in rough shape with black ends and broken branches and they still wouldn’t budge on price. “Take it or leave it.”
The plants here are always about 100% more expensive than other retail nurseries but it’s not uncommon to find plants priced at 3x an 4x other retail competitors’ prices.
They do a great business as a high end gift shop for rich people, but if you are serious about landscaping plants, you need to really understand their prices.

Working with Jill for our wedding day was such a fantastic experience and we could not recommend Moscarillos enough for any of your floral needs. I had a vision for my flowers and Jill completely brought it to life and helped make our day a dream come true! The pocket boutonnières were a huge hit and we got so many compliments! We can’t recommend the team at Moscarillos enough!

We have been working with David Stabnick on our front landscaping. He has been very helpful with designing the garden last fall and now with adding new items to our garden. We would reamend Moscarillos and would use them again in the future

High quality plants and merchandise but very expensive. I spent $108 on two small houseplants and a pot. The workers are VERY helpful and some are downright entertaining.

I have been using this store for years and have never been disappointed with my orders. When my wife receives roses at her office everyone comments how beautiful the long stem roses look and they do seem to last longer than most store bought flowers. Family run business with owners who are on site and available.

From start to finish Michelle and the team were remarkable to work with. Michelle listened to what we hoped to achieve and was flexible to make adaptations. The installation team was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. And of course the plants and shrubs are spectacular. Highly recommend working with Moscarillos!
