After a good experience on my previous visit, I went again for a Wheel Alignment service. Everything was going fine, except when I went to pick up my car and asked for an alignment report, the guy was just dismissive. He barely acknowledged me, shook his head and went back to speaking on the telephone. Every single time I've had an alignment done at any shop anywhere, I do get them. Without the before/after readings of adjustments made to Camber/Toe/Caster etc., how am I supposed to know what work was done, if indeed anything was done? Especially since my car's Autopilot makes certain adjustments on its own if the readings are off, I wanted to know if those were legit. Disappointed.

Bill works so hard with out any time off ,,, Monroe is very fortunate to have him as employee, He deserves time off

They have the best prices on tires and I use them for oil changes as well. Whenever I have a tire going low, they take care of me right away same day.

I come here for my oil changes and get a great deal...but this last time I had to get a few different things done and Bill and his crew were extremely thorough as well as explained the problems..they do a great job and recommend them to anyone...

I’ve been in terrible places, but this is by far the worst. I don’t get why this place has good reviews, that old men in the counter is rude as hell. Be aware that old guy will charge you +$27 for that group on special which price is $33 (oil change). SCAM!

Bill and his team always do a great job. I don't know how they manage to keep up with the high demand at their location, but there's a reason people are willing to wait in line. They are good at what they do, and their experience makes a difference. Bill explains everything thoroughly and is completely honest about what is and isn't required in a repair or maintenance appointment. He's always calm under pressure, and even when they had to stay open late to finish my truck, he did it without complaint and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him or his crew (I'm sure they were all eager to get home after a busy day, but you would never know that). I was there to purchase tires and have the wheels aligned after Pep Boys misaligned my tires causing them to wear unevenly and prematurely. I should have just gone to Monro for my alignment in the first place. I will know better for next time.

I've been here twice now and both times Bill has been a huge help to me dealing with issues, great customer service, quick turnaround, explained the process thoroughly. Would recommend to anybody looking for an auto shop or tire services.

Made an oil change appointment, only to be told that it was no good and I’d have to wait around. I asked them why they even take appointments if they don’t honor them, and was met with a shrug. Would suggest taking your business elsewhere where they will respect your time!

The staff was very professional with quick answers thorough communication. The manager William was incredibly nice and made the process of getting my brakes replaced very easy.
