“This location gets a ton of one-star reviews, but if you read them, you'll see that a lot of people are complaining about having to pay for tape. Let's be honest - UPS isn't responsible for taping your boxes. We all know that. I've been coming here for years and have had nothing but friendly service.”

“quick and easy amazon UPS box-less return. I went to one closest to hartford which has terrible customer service and outright blatant refusal to accept any shipping or dropping off except from 5-6pm. They asked me to scan the QR code and print the label myself, put it on the box and tape it up and then come at 5pm. the QR code when you scan on your phone, it just pastes title of your item, not shipping label.Similar reviews and anticipated service for the one by west hartford. Thanks to other google reviews i drove the extra miles to come here, was surprised. i was expecting taping fee, scanning fee, like they do at the ones i mentioned above.”
