This was the first time doing my taxes that someone was open and willing to take the time to clearly explain the circumstances of what and where my money was going as well as how to monitor it. The Tax Preparer Dana Dmowski was very kind and very patient with me as I was gathering my information. She even provided information that they offered classes to help inform me even more if there was somethings that I didn't understand. Over all it was a helpful and welcomed visit to Jackson Hewitt.

Horrible customer service, they take months to do any work. No answers on why things take so long. I will never use them again!

The manager David Borowy was unprofessional and rude as he yelled and screamed at me in front of his 3 office staff and 3 customers because I asked him to honor a 33% discount off the tax preparation fee. David Borowy states that he manages the Jackson Hewitt branches in my State so I won't return to Jackson Hewitt again.

Jackson Hewitt is great! And Doug is just wonderful! He is thorough, detailed and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to taxes! And he's got a great personality! We won't go anywhere else to get out taxes done!

A mistake was made on my amended 2020 forms that caused after review my refund to be changed to zero. After calling the office they reviewed my account the mistake was found. I filled on April 14 it's now May 25th and I have to wait all over again no clue how long this time. But its fixed and resubmitted and there was nothing ever said about any fees so now I'm happy with their help and how quickly it was taken care of

It was quick fast accommodating I did a walk in quickly he talked me threw everything he was funny and engaging I wish we could have itemized a few things but it's whatever I was not sure I wanted to try their services but I had a real issue that needed a professional touch and Bruce on new Britain ave did just that
